    This was an absolutely terrible experience. I went for my mother, the line was incredibly long however they moved it along quite swiftly so I waited. Her order consisted of Farmhouse crispy chicken salad/ranch dressing, and for the first time she wanted to try the pork rib sandwich. She doesn't like cheese so she asked me to order it without Gouda. That's is what I ordered for her and I had asked for a small chocolate shake and was prolly told the shake machine was down. Well unfortunately her sandwich left much to be desired. I have attached a photo of what it looked like. Missing onion straws, and I would say meat, as well as bbq sauce. Highly disappointed☹️.

    Within the past two weeks, my husband and I have ordered from this Arby's and twice have not received what we ordered. The first time, the fries were missing. We had already gotten home before we noticed and didn't drive back there to complain. This time, we thought we checked the bag good enough but when we got home, his Double Arby's was a Cheddar Beef, which he doesn't like. It is really too much trouble to go back, so I ate the Cheddar and gave him my Classic Arby's. Looks like we will have to check each item before we drive away from now on, but it would be nice if the orders were correct.

    We had the Ruben sandwich and the Super Roadt Beef sandwich combo. Both were plenty big and tasty. The flavored lemonade was perfect. The servers were friendly and helpful. I took one star off the food because it is so messy. No way you could eat either sandwich in the car.

    Got the Turkey 🫓 🥙 gyro which was decent but always ask for FRESH fries 🍟 it definitely makes a huge difference. My curly fries 🍟 were delicious. Ohhh and the Strawberry Cream pies are EVERYTHING!!!!!

    I love to eat at this Arby’s. I know my food is going to be fresh. I know that I am able to go here and not have someone rush me with my order and I’m not getting old food. Fast food chains are losing their most important value which is being fast! But I can be sure I’ll get to where I need in time when I stop here for a bite to eat.

    Recently visited the establishment like 30 minutes ago. It was a drive-through order, and we ordered the GoodBurger combo. For one, they were out of the GoodBurger strawberry shakes that come with the meal. And worst of all, I got all the way home to bite into my burger to find it pink. Not fully cooked at all. I'm talking as pink as raw meat can be. I tried calling the restaurant several times to get no answer. So I wrapped the burger back up. And I'm on my way to return it to the restaurant. I want my money back.

    This Arbys is on point guys. The food was good, hot, freshly made. Everyone was polite. The manager was communicating with his kitchen to catch up on food times and I heard him encouraging them for their hard work. Best Arbys I have been to in awhile this experience.

    Order was exactly as I asked for! Which shocked me because usually are order is missing items (Not from this Arby's!) I just chalk it up as out order being so large, but NOT here! I was super impressed. & not a long wait @ all. Thank You so much we will definitely be back FORSURE..

    Fries were cold, both soda drinks were warm. Once they handed them to me, then they mentioned that there ice machine was broken. If I had known that before I placed my order I would just ordered a sandwich and got my drink someplace else. 😡

    Everything was good. Quick service, friendly staff. The only issue we had was my rueben had the back end of the corned beef. So needless to say it was pretty fatty and chewy.

    The drive-thru line moved fast, and the worker at the window was smiling. She had already anticipated my request for condiments and told me the Arby sauce was in the bag, as were napkins. It was a pleasant experience, and my order was accurate, which doesn't happen at many places as often as it should.

    I have found that these days it is rare to have excellent service through a drive thru at a fast food restaurant, but this Arby's is the exception. BeJae was the drive thru attendant on the day I went through and she was absolutely wonderful! My daughter was with me and she even said that it was the best service she has seen in a long time! The food was hot and tasty as well! And the price of the food was great as well, I fed five people for $37! I will be back to this Arby's in the very near future!

    Received the wrong food. WAY overpriced. You can go to a sit-down restaurant for the same price, be waited on, and not have to clean it up. The food was OK and the flavor of the drinks were way off for Coca-Cola products.

    I was given french fries that were extremely cold, the window I drove around and complain at the window and was told to wait at the side door for fresh ones waiting extremely long time they never came out with them. I don’t recommend this place and the person that took my order she look like she was put off by my presence and like I was disturbing her she was too busy looking at her phone. Get some new staff.

    Went yesterday and all doors were locked…..drive thru only. Another elderly couple was trying to get in as well, all doors locked. The elderly couple didn’t have a car and was staying at a nearby hotel and couldn’t get in to eat. Not sure why all the doors were locked but it was a beautiful day and the drive thru was way too long to wait. I hope their district manager is aware of this.

    Food was okay. I did have stomach issues about an hour after eating, but not blaming it on the food because I honestly don't know if that was the cause. I felt bad for the older lady running the show. No one wanted to help. Definitely not a team player kinda place. When we got our food not one table was cleaned so we took our food out to the car.

    At 2:30 a.m. it may look like it's closed because they turn off the lights in the dining room.... But the drive-thru is open at 3 a.m. Pick up a sack of Curly Fries, entering or leaving the fairgrounds for you have the munchies at 2:30 I don't want to drink something but I've never had cold curly fries.

    I just ordered my food 2 half pounders and large curly fry and Mac n cheese bites,in all my time eating at Arby's this is the worse food I've ever had,meats shredded so bad it won't stay on,Mac n cheese bites burnt how would you let that kinda food out of ur window.i went to central and critten Dr Louisville ky.im so disappointed as my husband was to,the meat was so salty I think it was old I threw it all away.

    I came last week with a email coupon for my birthday for just a free small fry and free small shake with purchase of a sandwich. Not even a great coupon. The coupon states show this email to them. I went in the drive thur and told the cashier and I pulled around and the manager was waiting for me. He told me they DON'T HAVE A SCANNER AND THEY CAN'T SCAN THE EMAIL. I said it states show them the coupon. HE AGAIN TOLD ME THEY DO NOT HAVE A SCANNER AND THEY DON'T TAKE ARBY EMAIL COUPONS. He wasn't even nice about it, he looked angry that I tried to use it, like I was scamming him. So I paid and left and called corporate. They told me that on his register there is a button for birthday coupons and all stores are trained for this. I did get a free meal out of this. I still love Arby's but I will never go back to this location again. Just wanted to say, their Corporate office really cares and my 1 star rating is for this location only. ARBY'S CORPORATE SHOWED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICES but this location does not.

    As per usual, I purchased the half pounder sandwich this time in a combo. I got crinkled fries, the sandwich, and a Coke. I was surprised I'd never had the crinkle fries and they were some of the best fries I've ever tasted. Of course the roast beef was perfect, and the coke tasted like a Coke should. I went inside the restaurant to order takeout and ask if I wanted my meal to go or dine in. That was a surprise most restaurants are not allowing you to do so. It's a welcomed change. Although the drive thru was backed up, which is the reason I thought about going in I was served very fast and out the door and minutes. Excellent and five stars at this location this visit.

    Arby's classic roast beef...never fails ya! Always delicious! I'm just upset they no longer have the tri taters! Only thing I've noticed is you must ask for the sauces and ketchup and they barely give ya enough and never get ketchup as when they hand you your bag they are done with you. But drive thru is fast service and mostly get great nice customer service and again Roast Beef always good!

    The entrance one one side is deceptively cover with road work signs. But the service was good and the food was better than a few of the Arbys I've been to over the years. I rate the food a 10 for what I wanted from Arbys. A 10 for service and an 8 for access. Just a minor turn around that was not their fault.

    We ordered two meals, and a 2 for $4... They didn't ring us up for the meals, gave me half cheese sticks and half unwanted jalapeno poppers lol. We had to wait for curly fries since they didn't ring us up for the meals, then paid for everything extra... They did give us free drinks, but we had ordered meals, SO they weren't REALLY free! Lord help them please!!! I would like to add that the drive-thru cashier was very pleasant and was trying the most to help us get everything fixed! Also that the food was very good. (It wasn't all bad, just the wait/technical errors). I wish I had her name, but it was close to 7:30-8 last night, if that helps at all in getting her recognized for her customer service. Ty.

    The staff was nice, food was good, place was reasonably clean due to the fair traffic. Only complaint is the time it took to get my order was easily 20mins with only 2 people in front of me.

    Awful. Placing an online order is worthless when place only has one third of your order. Is this an app fail or a franchise fail? I haven't gotten into sandwich. I expect it to be wrong, though The poppers were clearly not freshly made for me. Other than that? The drive through was quick considering people were just getting in it then leaving out of disgust. When placing an online order - you don't have that luxury, sighhhh

    My Chicken Cheese Bacon sandwich had only Bacon & Cheese. My Sprite was Club Soda. The Manager Dustin fixed it the next day at no charge. Dustin gets 5 stars. Thanks Dustin.

    Sandwich and fries left a lot to be desired. That new rib sandwich was lukewarm along with the French fries. Had the temperature been hot, it would have been an excellent meal.

    I placed and paid for a $35.12 order & requested that both large orders of curly fries, the 5pc jalapeño popper and strawberry pies be cooked fresh. We did not receive the pies and had to turn around....never made it past the traffic light directly in front of location. The short black female turned her back to window when we pulled back around...the manager (elderly white lady with dark hair) walked to the window didn't open it or acknowledge us, the manager did this 3 times and the black female never turned around. After about 6min the black female asked what...I told her I paid for two pies and I want them. She then said she needed to see the bag, I informed her it was unsanitary for me to give her my bag for her to go through and that I would need fresh food if she touches my food. She said she needs to see in it and I should tilt it...when I obliged she said she couldn't see for the napkins. I was so annoyed at this point 12 min...moved the napkins and she closed the window. The manager came and said everything was in the bag...I asked her if she really thought I would scam for $3.78 worth of pastry and I just spent $35.13...that makes no sense at all‼️ 15 min in..She closed the wndow and a guy gave me a bag with one pie n closed the window. I sat there and a tall, thin white woman came from the back and proceeded to eat fries and look in my car for a couple of minutes with the black female. The black female finally opens the window and asked what agian...I said I paid for two pies and would like my other one. She grabbed another one and closed the window. I spent 20 min waiting on a crumby not fresh $35.12 order After receiving the last pie, I checked my sandwiches for accuracy and they were cold and sloppy as well as my fries.I definitely believe the manager was calling or pretending to call the police as I sat n checked my order. I guess my 20 min of waiting didnt alot me 3 min to check my clearly cold food. I was treated horribly by management and staff. I just cant believe how low people can be sometimes...I worked 11 hours today and just wanted a fresh meal. Disgusting management and staff.

    Ordered door dash from here once every week for the last 3 weeks each time my food was incorrect and not fresh.. Every time I order from this store they give me a Coke instead of the sweet tea I order and I order a French dip and never got the au jus it comes with kinda defeats the purpose of ordering a French dip without it... would give negative stars if I could
