    What fast food restaurant or any restaurant allows their employees to work in open toe sandals or crocs? Obviously this Popeyes does as seen in the photos. Not only is this a health department violation it’s definitely definitely going to look bad for workmans comp. This isn’t even the tip of the iceberg, this location was dirty as well & when I asked for a manager there wasn’t one there.

    I love Popeye's, I go out of my way to get it whenever I can. This visit all the stars aligned. And my order got lost, after 45 minutes they finally realized, they made up for my Trouble. I will be back, it happened but damn they have awesome Chicken

    Ghetto, seemed to be unorganized. They didnt have orders together then my food got fixed wings labeled wrong..and the bbq ones were so hot as if they gave spicy wings then put the sauce or they mixed the sauces or something couldnt go back as i live too far away and didnt know til i got home

    The drive thru took 24 minutes, the sweet tea was not sweet, the person at the window was slow to respond to the bad sweet tea. So slow our Fry's were nearly cold...this was not my favorite experience

    I'm from out of state and this is probably the best Popeyes I've ever had. I travel and try different Popeyes in whatever state I'm in. When I tell you the chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned and I had nothing missing from my order..I'm telling you.. best Popeyes 👌

    I hate to be that guy but I feel the need to relay my experience so you know what you're getting in to with this location. I ordered with the app, chose one of their "offers" which I was later told this store didn't participate in. I arrived 10 minutes after I ordered. I walked in to a mountain of chicken sitting under heat lamps. Sides, biscuits, etc too. They were not busy at all. This chicken had definitely sat for at least an hour or two. It was obvious. I was waiting for my order when the cook walked in from a very obvious smoke break, didn't wash his hands, and then immediately got in to an argument with the MOD about his break times. I very politely waited 10+ minutes for the MOD to assemble my order which was literally right in front of her sitting under heat lamps that I'm sure weren't keeping the food hot enough. Was told they didn't have everything I wanted. Grabbed the food and didn't get straws or napkins. The taste of the food was okay but for 30 bucks for two people it wasn't worth it. The bathrooms were gross and it was obvious the kitchen was too. 2/5 because they were trying but they don't have the right people in place. Probably because they have a sign outside offering $10/hr to apply. I've been an actual working chef for 12 years and understand how it is but this place needs to be avoided

    I honestly would not even give this place a star at all however, people need to know this before they come. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. It is absolutely trash. And the fact that I didn’t even get my food was even worse. We had a few questions for an item/special on the menu but the woman couldn’t understand us and took forever to actually give us a correct answer.(technically, she never did). She never understood our order as well and eventually got annoyed with us. This is when she asked us to pull up to the front window but never talked to us? What type of service is that? No one even asked us anything and we ended up driving through away with no food which was absolutely a waste of time. Disgusting. Never going here again.

    I would love to know who does the hiring process at this restaurant?? Management or the owners desperately need to be watching their customer service either in person or on a camera. Completely messed up my order. I didn’t receive my drink so I asked for that immediately. Then I had to drive around and get back in line bc four other items were missing. How does that even happen? Do they not review the order before handing it to the customer? My order wasn’t even big. I was super nice and said thank you both times but the guy at the window just looked at me like I was wrong and never once said, oh sorry about that. It’s literally unbelievable that he is actually getting paid to work there. I would rather Popeyes close the entire restaurant instead of hiring workers that act like they can do whatever they want. I would never treat customers like this where I work. I went straight to Arby’s to get a few more items for dinner and the customer service was amazing!!

    Ate here during a particularly tough sunday evening rush, wait times were long through no fault of the statf and everyone went above and beyond to deal with customers and improve their situation and issues. Aliou, the manager in particular went above and beyond to help everyone that approached and was incredibly friendly and accommodating while defusing frustrated customers. I've been visiting this Popeyes since it opened and he is far and away the best manager I've met there. I can't say enough kind words

    The restaurant opens at 10 am and when I arrived at 11:15 I pulled in the drive thru I was advised they don't open til 11:30 , when driving around the store the employee was standing in the parking lot smoking a joint laughing telling the next customer the same thing . Looking past the issue I went in and was greeted by that same employee and told it will be 7 minutes. 40 minutes later I'm waiting in a crowded lobby the employee locks the door to stop anyone from entering or exiting and it becomes total chaos. I got my food ( wrong order ) argued over a refund til I was done and just called corporate ( still waiting on a call back ) .

    I am a door dasher and I was denied my order because I was told that they have no food, and that they closed soon and will not give me my order. This caused my account to be penalized and locked out. If the store accepts the orders they should be fulfilled and completed before closing.

    Went through drive through a little after 10am. Only 1 car in the drive through before me. Ordered the chicken tender combo with fries. Get to open my meal at work and it’s fish and rice… there was only 1 other customer there… pretty frustrating

    Worse dine in experience of my life. These people were screaming at customers and fighting with each other. The kept screaming obscenities at the customers. I WILL NEVER AGAIN VISIT A POPEYES. They lost a customer for life. Wish I could give them negative stars that's how horrible it was. Not to mention waiting 45 min thru all this for a 5 dollar order.

    The chicken's one of the best fast food fried chicken, and the sides are pretty good. Do wish they'd mark which box was spicy and which was mild though. I know it's on the box, but they never seem to use it.

    Food is good but they give you mixed chicken when you order all dark meat every time. I caught it this time and had them fix it. Figured I didn't need to check it again and that was a mistake. They gave us all drumsticks and wings. No one wants wings.

    To the crew at night awesome job please keep it up, I ordered from Uber eats, I got everything in a timely fashion chicken was hot and has a good amount of sauce and the strawberry biscuits are soft.

    You wait in hellish traffic risking life and limb playing a game of car frogger to get into this place so you could have a chicken sandwich... At the ordering station there's a tortured sounding robot that asks for your order. Then, a foreigner will ask you for it and you'll follow instructions. Guess what? You got tricked, fool! Nobody took your order. They won't even acknowledge you exist for several more minutes. After shouting hello at the speaker until your voice is horse and raspy, a friendly sounding fellow will ask for your order, he will ask you if it's correct on the screen, and he will tell you to proceed to the window. At the window he will smile, and act very friendly. Do not fall for it. This is a trick to lull you in to a false sense of thinking you are going to be happy and full. You for sure won't be one of them, but more likely not either of them. DO NOT LOOK AT THE CEILING slightly behind him. You will see what likely crumbles and drips in to the food. You will realize that there is nothing sanitary about this place. He will hand you a bag. You are starving and in a hurry. You will get on the freeway and rip in to the bag like a wild savage beast after killing its first prey in weeks. But, alas... you will find that everything about your order is completely wrong. You'd eat it anyway but the very specific instruction to leave out an ingredient you're allergic to got ignored as well. It's evening rush hour and to go back and swap this bag of severe disappointment would take you an hour at least. You've been hoodwinked. You think back on all of your previous encounters with Popeye's and realize that you've never actually received your accurate and complete order in your life and now you are disgusted with yourself for being nieave enough to think this time might be different. You drive on. Hungry, angry, hangry even. And you throw the bag of discontent and lies on the floor of your car in a fit of rage, screaming obscenities that slowly melt into whimpers of defeat. This was my dinner today. Don't let it be yours!

    We placed our order in the drive thru. We were told to pull around and they'd bring the order out. I got stuck on Facebook then realized it's 20 mins later. I went in to check on our food and the employees acted like they had no idea what was going on. I told them look at the time on the receipt and I need my order or money back. They said they'd bring it out. When they did my food was cold and in a bag too small to carry everything. My order had been sitting somewhere getting cold while they looked at me like I was trying to get over.

    This place is a joke!!! No wonder the place is empty. Service is terrible, employees don’t look like they are happy to work there. I got meal and got 10 pieces of fries. Cleanliness is questionable. No one wearing gloves. No one replenishing condiments. Can’t believe this location still floating.

    Ordeded from here, girl got our order wrong, try and speak to the manager and was screamed at, basically told we were lying and when we asked her to ask the girl the manager proceeded to yell at her as well. Out of all the people in there we was the only cacuasion family in there everyone else got treated with respect. Never will I ever eat there again. Absolutely horrible.

    So many people in the kitchen. So slow of service. Everyone was tripping over each other. Tables were dirty - I had to wipe down my own. Manager was barking out orders, but no one was understanding, basically. Hope they get their stuff together.

    Food was good but the place was dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting and the dining room was too. Surprised they got a 96% on the health score. Service was not very good. They were slow even though we pre ordered on the app. And I had to ask for napkins, & straws. Won't be back to this location. I also saw a 6th pan that was labeled employee drinks on the line literally next to the cooked food.

    The girl at the drive thru 3 times got our order wrong and when we got home the chicken was not fresh and had been sitting on the rack to long. it was to dried to eat as was the red beans and rice that was cooked yesterday or at least looked that way. Won.t be going back.

    I got the spicy chicken tenders. Better description would of been. Non-spicy breaded old shoe leather. Had to ask for my drink cup. No napkins, sauce or a spork to eat the mashed potatoes with. The guy behind the counter was ringing up the food and boxing it. Everything sitting opened under heat lamps. Looked like all the pans had old product in them. My dog Noobeus wouldn'teven eat it. The mashed potatoes were good. Main reasonI keep coming to Popeyes.

    A very dysfunctional location. While it is obvious some are trying to work their butts off, others are merely incompetent. The interaction between team members is chaotic yet lacking. This of course was reflected on wrong orders and time delays. It needs better staff and management to improve the workflow in a fast pace location. Best of luck

    I eat Popeyes at least 3 times a week but I’m never coming back to this one ! Waited 16 mins on butterfly shrimp, homeless man came in yelling at the lady across the counter spitting and drinking even after she gave him a free drink, manager just walking around not doing anything. Shrimp were absolutely disgusting and that’s all I get from Popeyes. This place either needs a whole new management makeover, or shut it down ! The owner of the one on Preston has his store running so smoothly and professionally, this one should take notes. Don’t waste your time or money !

    The Chicken wasn't very hot or good. It was a little dry I couldn't hardly make out which piece was which. It had so much breading on some of the pieces when I I did get to the Chicken it was only half of what the whole piece should have been. I threw it all away. The mash potatoes was bland as well as the gravy. I probably won't go back 😕. If you can't do it right don't do it at all.
