I went to the drive thru today ( veterans day) and asked about veterans day deals , they said they had none , I asked for the manager and he said the same thing , after explaining to him what the internet said he changed his story. I won't be giving them any money ever!!

Former worker.. higher up staff is terrible owners treat us bad would come in and scream in our faces a nd tell us he didnt have to respect us.Multiple times where I didn't receive my paycheck on time and wasn't getting paid what I was supposed too. Also the food containers were we store food had roaches in them because the owners didn't want to spray for pest and were told to just serve it! Not to mention the nats that are all over the donuts ,and roaches and ants on the walls and counters.They also dont want to waste products so when a drinks made wrong they will 1 still give it to you 2 rinse the cup out rinse the lids off or 3 save until later and the drink may have been there for 30 mins to an hour Mangers and GM start and spread rumors about their employees to other employees and are so immature. As a job and somewhere to eat 10/10 a no!

they’ve been good but lately they have been slacking.. mobile orders are always easy and quick. until couple days ago they couldn’t make any lattes or espresso shots and apparently their “food line” is down. ?? told them to give me a refund and they might wanna change what they have/ don’t have on their mobile app.. the lady didn’t even say sorry anything just had an attitude and told me to do the refund through their customer service center .. count ur days dunkin.

This place was horrible, just went here and all the food was stale not even warm. We went into the drive thru and my mom said sorry and tried to say something and he said okay and shut the door on us the we beeped 2 times and he didn’t come to the door UNTILL we knocked my mom asked if he was okay and he said “yeah it’s just no money no food” and shut it again my mom gave him the money and he slammed it brought the food and had a attitude never coming again terrible service.

Ordered through Uber because they have 24 hour service . The donut holes were so old and stale that putting them in the microwave would not even soften them. The frozen drinks were just full of chunks of ice and tasteless. Worst place I have EVER eaten at. Stay away from here. Do yourself a favor and go else where. Scooters is great!!

Although much better service at the drive thru window than last time when they hurried us, their hash browns tasted straight up like bleach!! They stunk like chemical... Not sure if old oil or chemical got sprayed near them and got in them.

Joel and Chance or Chase I can’t remember exactly both were super helpful and friendly. They immediately assisted me and provided me with extraordinary customer service and if I was their boss I’d definitely give them a raise. I had no issues. 5/5

The award for most disgusting breakfast sandwich goes to Duncan Doughnuts. I took one bite. Never again. It's like eating plastic. Good coffee though.

Pumpkin spice = pumpkin nice! Dunkin' has released a seriously delicious pumpkin spice latte and pumpkin spice cold brew this year (2022). Definitely stop by and give it a shot.

Just went through the drive thru to order breakfast after working an 18 hour shift. The employee informed me they are not serving hot food. It would be nice for that to be posted on the menu. Let me guess, COVID is the excuse for yet another business to provide poor service? You have lost a customer.

I was a hot mess this morning when I drove up to get my coffee this morning! I was rushed and accidentally ordered a hot latte instead of an iced latte. They could have absolutely told me sorry about my luck, but instead kindly told me to pull around and they would correct MY mistake. When the woman brought my drink out she was so kind and understanding. It may not seem like much to some, but this kindness was everything this morning and so appreciated! I do go to this location often and this and the staff is always on top of it and pleasant!!

This morning I went through the Dunkin' donuts on Newburg road. I ordered the bacon strips and when I pulled around I saw four employees all with hair to the shoulders with nobody with the hair net or their hair pulled back The girl at the window had her hair kind of pulled back but it wasn't all the way the young man taking orders was standing next to donuts shaking his hair so y'all better get a hold of them because if I come back through there and see that I'm calling the health department.

The staff couldn’t have been any nicer! They apologized profusely about my having to wait a long time to be helped (the customers in front of me were taking a very long time) and thanked me for my patience. My donuts & drink were great and I was in & out quickly once I was able to be waited on.

The workers here brightened my day and showed me incredible kindness in what is probably the darkest part of my life yet. I had never been here before today and stopped by just on a whim to check out the menu and see if I had money on my old gift card. I’ll definitely be going back and I’ve told everyone I know what amazing people work here. Merry Christmas!

I was surprised to see such a low rating here. I travel for work and visited this Dunkin. My drink tasted the best it ever has. I got bacon and it was perfect, not too crunchy and not too soft. I was greeted when I entered and thanked as I left. This is the best Dunkin experience I've had.

I ordered cake batter iced coffee and donuts. I asked for Vanilla creamer I got an powder donut. I didn't realize it until I got to work it was 5:30 am. It must of been old. I got sick from eating that, throwing up and the other. I am still sick and nauseous from it. I believe I got food poison. That was all I ate. I didn't even eat it all because it was stale and nasty. I am very sick be careful please eating from here ..

They have really improved their efficiency here in the drive thru. So friendly and super fast now which makes it wonderful when you are on the go and need some coffee!!

Terrible service and rude. Go through the drive through in the morning for a coffee and the guy tells me to wait a minute and never takes my order. I left and as I drove around I looked in the window and there was one guy in there that didn’t look very busy. I won’t be spending anymore money here.

I ordered only coffee( guy said no food ) with two sugars. I took a coffee with too much sugar (3am)

They were super nice buttt.. they got my drink wrong twice after I explained it to the cashier three times while ordering and after I brought it back she still remade it wrong but I didn’t have to time to go back in the second time. I would just suggest having them read the order back to you.

Ordered breakfast through Doordash. First order came without any drinks, so we had to get drinks redelivered. Rather than make fresh drinks, they sent out the drinks that were left the first time so coffee was cold when it finally arrived. Also, both sandwiches were wrong. No bacon on either one, and wrong cheese on both. Called store to find out that they were out of bacon, but made the sandwiches anyway without informing Doordash or the customer. While on the phone with the store, heard an employee say, "If they're complaining, why do they keep ordering?" Safe to say, we just got refunded and went somewhere else. Incomplete, wrong order, AND terrible customer service. Would not recommend based on this experience. Hopefully just a bad shift.

This is my favorite Dunkin location! I'm always impressed with the service I receive from this crew. No matter how busy they are, I'm always greeted with a smile and my order is always spot on! This location is near my work, so I am a frequent flyer!

Hit or miss(constant new employees) but overall I like it. Manager/ owner tries hard and I like to walk into lobby/ order ahead for quick service.

Everytime I come back here to give it another chance I leave mad. I ordered a large ice chia with almond milk and two shots os espresso..... I had white chunks in my drink. Wasted my money.

Scott has the best Customer Service.. can't say enough good things about this man. He's truly the best addition to the team.

Went in to order food but had to use the restroom first. Walked into the restroom and there was already someone in there using it. Door was not locked. Waited for the restroom and asked one of the workers there if that was their co worker. Their response was it was the owner. I was dumbfounded. While he exited the restroom I heard not water nor the hand dryer going off. I'm disgusted.... Tried leaving the lobby and someone had locked the door on me... I let myself out. Not ordering from here ever if that's how they're handling food.....🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

They’ve been under new management and I gotta say, they’ve been doing great!!! I go at least once a week as a treat to myself and at the point everyone recognizes me. Also this blueberry cobbler is to die for as well. 10/10 recommend.

I stopped by this location after work because I really needed a cup of coffee after a long, busy day. It was 5:40 pm, 20 minutes before close. I pulled up to the drive-thru. There was an employee just walking in the parking lot that came close to the drive-thru. So, because I didn't see barely any cars in the parking lot, I asked if they were still open. He said "we close in 20 minutes and it takes a long time." I asked if I could still order and he asked what I wanted. I said coffee. He said he couldn't do any of the specialty drinks. I didn't want to waste my money on ordering brewed coffee that was probably old considering the service here, so I drove off still in search of coffee. Apparently you can't order anything with 20 minutes until close because "it takes a long time." 😂😂😂I can't even. It's not like I came at 5:55.

I spend my morning with this Dunkin and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The sweet man over the intercom always surprises me and brightens my day! He is amazing and I hope the company recognizes him

Wanted to buy a dozen donuts but this particular Dunkin' Donuts just never seems to have some of the basic Donuts that Dunkin' Donuts offers. I wanted to get an extra large hot coffee with added ice to cool it down I was told they don't make it that way and I'd have to buy pay for an extra large iced coffee. Needless to say I didn't get anything at this Dunkin Donuts

If I could leave 0 stars I would and it has nothing to do with my order. The location was very busy and you could tell they were understaffed. The sweet man who was working the register for the lobby was yelled at by the manager. He screamed at him that he needed to get in the kitchen and cook the food orders for the drive through. The way he talked to this man was NOT called for and very humiliating. Once he went to the kitchen another worker came and took orders I asked him what the man’s name was that yelled and he lied and told me Nate. One of the other customers who was also appalled at the “manager” yelling asked another worker what his name was and they told us SCOTT!! Whatever his name is needs to be fired for that!! Very disrespectful and the guy he yelled at was Indian.. SCOTT is white.. hmmmm be lucky I just left a review. The other customers are calling corporate!!

This location refused to honor any and all offers regarding the free Monday iced or hot coffee deal. After having a lengthy conversation and showing the attendant the online offer via the app and even the sign behind their head, he refused me and 3 other people behind me the nationwide offer. Following this is was at least a 20 minute wait on my food as well as 3 other people as they forgot to make our orders. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. This is on top of my previous experiences here of extremely slow service (20min+ every time), receiving the wrong food order, and only to have it replaced with food that was stone cold in the middle.

Never have Glazed doughnuts in the afternoon. I'm ALWAYS told Come first thing in the morning. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GET UP BEFORE DAY JUST TO GET SOME DOUGHNUTS. I feel Glazed doughnuts should be sold ALL DAY. HIGHLY UPSET....

I bought 4 items in a closed bag, they gave me, but when I got to my work, I found something missing in the bag ( snackin' Bacon) I didn't have time to go back because I already started to work, so I went back the next day,to if I can get my snackin' Bacon back or a refund, because I already paid for it , I already showed her the receipt, the manager or people in charge there told me No in a very unpolite and rude way ,and I decided that I never was gonna buy anything in that place and maybe at any Dunkin' donuts for a while. My evaluation is 1, but because there's no zero,my real rating of that place is Zero.

The older white male manager spoke down to 2 young women about an offer they had via the mobile app. He claimed there was nothing that could be done about the app not working and would not give them the 2 free bagel minis for the offer, so they had to pay the full price for the order.

Convenient for my schedule but the night shift dude is rude as hell and had me waiting over 20 minutes with no one else in line
