What a great place. The tomahawk was wonderful. We split it, and it was more than enough. Cooked perfectly. The chocolate cake and creme berle were also really good. Great wine selection, but I stayed with the old fashion. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Really good food and outstanding service! Le Moo was busy this Saturday evening, but that did not hinder our dinner experience. Catie was our server. She was attentive and made great recommendations. I had the steak Diane and felt it was a tremendous value for the cut of steak and flavor of the dish. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his dry aged bone-in ribeye. The blue ribbon espresso cake was a chocolate treat that was large enough to be shared, I'll be sure to try Catie's recommendation of the Grand Mariner Crème Brûlée on my next visit. All in all, a wonderful date night.

Listen to me. This place is fire. If you don’t mind expensive steakhouses then you MUST visit here. The hostess and server were great. We got the oven bread appetizer with the 3 spreads. She ordered the NY Strip with asparagus and fried mashed potatoes. Her steak was flavorful and tender and the potatoes were perfect. I got the filet butterflied with the home style fries. It was delicious. The steak melted in my mouth and the fries was delicious. She had a winter tropical sangria and the old Smokey drink. The old smoky preparation is cool but not worth the hype honestly. We were so full we didn’t get dessert.

Such a wonderful place! Amazing steaks, great fried mashed potatoes, and an out of this world chocolate bread pudding! Our waiter, Andrew, was very professional and super helpful. The ambiance was spot on and the decor eclectic. The only short-coming was the "famous" split loaded potato which was nothing special honestly. All-in-all an excellent meal - pricey but worrh every penny!.

My first visit to Le Moo was nice. Good friends, food, service, and Brunch Mimosas for $1 ($3 for the jumbo size!)! It was very crowded because most tables in the dining areas were full and there alot of people were waiting in the lobby for their "Drag Show." Consequently, while our service was slower than expected, the "Definitely for Crazy People" burger and the "Been Waiting Too Long" salad were delicious.

Talk about the wow factor. Everything at this restaurant had a ton of thought and intentionality behind it. Be sure to get the mussels! My business colleague and I had steak and salmon which were both just phenomenal. The staff was very attentive and the environment was just incredible thank you for a wonderful experience!

Nice brunch spot! Great parking! Attentive service. Shrimp and Grits with a collard green twist, tasty 😋 pineapple mimosa and French press coffee. Fabulous atmosphere, quaint dining and bar area, nice patio dining. Recommend. 💯

This review is for the drag brunch. The brunch had a decent variety of options, but much of it was cold (eggs, bacon, biscuits, and gravy). The gravy and potatoes were too salty. The greens were very good and warm. The mini muffins were also good. The show was pretty cramped. The room was so packed with tables and guests there wasn't much room for the performers. I think everyone would benefit if they restricted the number of guests to give the performers more room.

We came here for the drag brunch. They were spectacular and loved them. The food was below average and although advertised as a buffet, it is a once through line set up. It is definitely a large plate of food but just beware if you are expecting more food. I would come back here for the entertainment but the food was underwhelming. We were also seated in the corner booth so it was incredibly hard to see a lot of the show. Anytime they were in the main seating area (which was most of the show) it was impossible to see them

Came here today with 10 people. Service has been great and food overall good. Because of being with 10 people the food wasn't hot. Just warm. I believe if the food was hot, it would have been delicious not just good overall. The bread is definitely worth getting.

Breakfast was good, upscale dining experience. Not for fast food experience. Sit down and enjoy company. I had the chorizo omelette, she had a waffle. Both were good. Not too crowded for a Wednesday, but would recommend a reservation to get a table.

We had the most fun time at drag brunch! Each performer was phenomenal and had us singing and dancing along! Not to mention the brunch buffet was so delicious! I especially loved the vegan pasta salad and the French toast casserole. Our server was great and dressed up to match the theme of our brunch which was 90s. Can’t wait to return!

Favorite steak joint in Louisville. You cannot go wrong with any of Kevin's restaurants. Great atmosphere, fantastic service, amazing food. Highly recommend the Prime Filet. Such a great cut of meat and cooked to perfection. Thanks, Le Moo for being consistently outstanding.

When planning a night out with a large group of friends or colleagues, you’ll certainly be shelling out a few shiny pennies, so choose your restaurant carefully. I’m confident that our evening at LeMoo was an absolute Bullseye. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar before being seated at our table. Their large selection of cocktails, from bourbons to wines, will satisfy everyone’s pallet. Our evening began with our host, Mike Smith, a bon vivant who is also a master chef himself. Mike Smith had prepared an off menu course for our party that covered sea to farm. His attention to detail in the preparation of our meals was quite exquisite, The fresh king crab legs, jumbo prawns, and perfectly prepared buttery scallops were splendid. LeMoo offers the finest selection of cuts, and my evenings choice was a perfectly prepared, 16oz prime strip, covered in crab and topped with a flavorful asparagus. I’ve had my share of steak from all over the country, and LeMoo had just become a favorite, and a must when visiting “The Ville”. Mike Smith was the perfect host for our dinner party, so I recommend that when you go, make sure you ask for Mike Smith as his presentation and service is second to none!

Valentines weekend. My wife and I went. She had the chicken a d I got the Wagyu 5A. I hate medium rare but that is how the chef recommends it, so I went for it. It was phenomenal, literallycut like butter. Her Chicken was superb. And the service could not have been better. Le Moo knows how to do it right.

Everything was fantastic except for one minor detail. We came there for my brother's birthday and notified them of this when the reservation was made prior. Most upscale restaurants will recognize that guest of honor with a small dessert token after dinner service. We felt bad for him. Not even a cookie or mint.

I cannot recommend le moo highly enough. The atmosphere is amazing. I’d call it hunting lodge chic. The furnishing are stylish and comfortable. Our server was polite and attentive. My wife and I were in on a Monday morning, so it was pretty slow. I got the steak and eggs (Supremoo) and a plain waffle. She had the love love me do. The food was outstanding. Mine was a great cut and perfectly cooked medium as I ordered. The eggs were cooked to sunny exctly and were nice and runny. There were plenty of gluten free options, as well. My wife doesn’t tolerate gluten well, so that was really important to us. I hope to be back!

Visited during a slow time so we had our amazing waiter, Ed, all to ourselves! Half members of the party did breakfast, and the other half did lunch. ALL PARTOOK IN YUMMY MIMOSAS AND BEER. Had the queso with pork rinds and tortilla chips. Order the chicken and waffle with regular waffle, just our recommendation. If Ed shows you the beer water boarding, then you’re cool. Thanks so much for an awesome and delicious time!

Bone marrow appetizer was delicious as well as the desserts and sides. Steaks were hit or miss. Some were excellent and some were chewy, but overall it was a very good dinner.

Food and service and atmosphere were outstanding. The value 50/50. Example $7 to add 2 shrimp per plate, total $14 for 4 pieces of shrimp. This price was not on the menu and the shrimp was nothing special. Overall, we were on the low end of the menu with a meal and drink each, add shrimp lol, and 1 total appetizer, at around $250 total for two. I look forward to returning soon because the Le Moo experience is phenomenal.

Wow! Likely one of the best meals we've has since leaving NY! We shared the tomahawk medium rare and it was perfection! Paired with a stunning smoked old fashion, and the most incredible cheesy grits cake. Thank you for such a wonderful meal!

Exceptional place to eat in the greater Louisville Kentucky area! Wonderful service from Ed, with truly stellar service to me and my family. Don’t miss going here if you’re in the area! Top notch food and plenty of portions! We had gone here for a Sunday brunch and did not disappoint! Highly recommended eatery. This was also our first time going here from a family recommendation. Glad we went!

My sister in laws took me here for my 60th birthday, it was so much fun. The buffet was delicious as well. We saw the drag show. I would easily go again. Only reason for 4 stars is the lack of parking

The place is creepy especially the bathrooms. The sales is superb. The chicken waffles might be better if the grease from the chicken doesn’t seep into the waffle. My presentation for an old fashion was OK but it definitely wasn’t worth the $20 because the drink was not good itself. It taste like crown royale straight the burrito it’s not very good the burger was fantastic.

The whole experience, from walking in the door, to walking out was fantastic. Lamb ribs, scallops, lobster, grit cakes were cooked to perfection. Waiter was on point with the menu options. I truly enjoyed my experience

This is hands down the best restaurant I've ever been to. The food was phenomenal. We had a tomahawk steak (so tender) with fried mashed potatoes (so tasty). Our waiter, Brad, was fantastic. He made great recommendations and was very knowledgeable of both the menu and the history of the restaurant.

I enjoyed every bit of my experience here! My boyfriend and I came in last night for V-Day which just happens to be our anniversary as well! It was beautiful! We enjoyed absolutely everything we got! Our waitress Samantha was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations! Very professional and sweet! We will be back 100%

Great service. The wait staff was very responsive to our needs. My party had several menu options: seafood, steak, chicken, dessert, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The Pecan Pie Cheesecake was one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had.

I haven’t had such an amazing experience at a restaurant in a long time! I went for my birthday dinner with a couple of friends. In my reservation, I noted that it was my birthday and that we will be celebrating at dinner. They had balloons and a card waiting at the table! Our server, Mike, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and all the extra offerings. He made ordering such a treat and so easy! I haven’t had service like that in a long time. For dinner, I chose the tenderloin sampler. I don’t know how frequent this is or if this was just a special occasion but they offered a 5 oz Miyazaki A5 Wagyu tenderloin as a substitution (+$90)! I had to take it. And it was just as delicious as they say it is! Can’t wait to return to Louisville and get my steak fix again! What makes this place different for me, is that I don’t feel like I could cook the steaks as well as they do - and I can cook a pretty good steak. They clearly have access to some quality meat that makes all the difference!

First time diners, and wow, this place was amazing. Our server Gabriella was awesome, friendly, honest and helped us make some great choices for food! The staff was attentive and friendly and of course the food was amazing. Their seafood starter had perfectly done scallops, sweet king crab cut open so I didn’t make a mess of myself! The dry aged rib eye was an amazing steak, cooked perfectly, and so tasty! We had the chocolate bread pudding for dessert which was also amazing! And the drinks … Gabriellas suggestions for wine was so good my wife made me take her to buy a few bottles after and I had the oak smoked ok’d fashioned which was one of the best old fashions I have ever had! My wife who doesn’t like whiskey said she would drink their old fashion!! And the manager George stopped by our table and was so nice! Well run operation and amazing food 5 stars all the way!!

The drag brunch was very entertaining. The food not so much. Was bland and Luke warm at best. The mimosas were a good deal 3 dollars for a jumbo and 1 dollar for regular.
