A Purrfect place to come out to. It's a good place to see if a cat could be good for you. They keep around 10 or so cats around in the play area and there all up for adoption as well. Even if you don't want to own a cat. It's a great place to relax with some cat's and get all the OwO pictures you want.

My boyfriend and I frequent this Cat Cafe and have fallen in love with quite a few cats that we wish we could have adopted. I have always had a good experience here, the staff are always very friendly and even when the room is fully booked there are usually enough cats for everyone to play with. The facility is very clean, as clean as can be expected when there are 10+ cats, and the environment feels very calming. I very much recommend making an appointment, we have never tried to visit without one as they are typically very busy. You can tell that they really prioritize the cats, and usually the staff will know general information about each cat. These pics are from several months ago, but still relevant because of the cute kitties!

Wow, this place is awesome! Found it online through the Kentucky Humane Society website. Looked through the adult cats and found one I wanted to meet. I was able to text the staff on Monday while they were closed through Google. That was neat. They responded very fast and told me Patty was still available for adoption. So I told them I would be there Tuesday right when they open. I met with Patty. She's a little shy, but I'm sure she's been through a lot lately. I agreed to put my application in for adoption and was quickly approved. I was very familiar with the process of adopting from the Kentucky Humane Society I had just adopted my captain Percy in July of this year after my wife passed away this time I'm adopting right after my oldest cat passed away her name was Fancy Pants. So I brought Patty Cake home, and She is getting settled in. She's growing a little, but that's to be expected. Oh yeah, they have great coffee also. They waived the adoption fee for adult cats so I donated. Welcome home Patty Cake!

Venue is cute, love the chance to play with kittens, they're adoptable if you so choose. Drinks were okay but a bit too sweet for my personal liking.

Can't say enough amazing things about this place! The staff is so friendly, the snacks are yummy, and those kittens are the cutest! Lots of drink choices, including alcohol, coffee, a delicious frappe', plus local treats. You can tell the staff really cares about the kitties. They all look so healthy and you can help socialize them, adopt them, or just get some therapy. The staff really goes out of their way to make sure everyone has a great time during their visit. The kittens are from the Kentucky Humane Society, so you know helping shelter kitties by visiting Purrfect Day is worth it! Thank you!

If you're visiting Louisville, stop by Purrfect Day Cat Cafe. It was the highlight of my recent trip. Time with the kittens was EVERYTHING. 🤩 The drinks are delicious with fun names. The cafe is beautiful. The cause is so worthy. 10/10

It was a very relaxing experience, the cats are from the humane society and are available for adoption, some are calm, some are sweet and some are chatty. You get 50 mins for $15 per person, I will definitely return in the near future. Also try the smelly cat drink, its pretty great.

The most fun place for a cat person 😊 I’ve been several times with my husband and friends and it’s always been a blast. The staff is awesome. It’s organized and clean. The upstairs and downstairs hangout spaces where the cats aren’t allowed are really great to just sip on your drink and chat while waiting for your time slot with the cats! And you can see into the cat areas because it’s all glass windows. The trivia nights are SO FUN! My friend and I did the Schitts Creek trivia night and it was so well put together, which made it great to participate in. I feel good about going here because they take such good care of these adoptable cats, even to the point of separating the ones who need some chill time away from humans into a different room to rest. Overall- great prices, great staff, beautiful space, so many cats, and good snacks and drinks!

Beautiful cats. Reservation required for the cat lounge. 50 min sessions. Friday and Saturday evenings are adults only after 6:00 PM. Any other time, all ages are very welcome.

Wonderful place most of our Foster kittens are adopted from here. Can't speak highly enough. They really do make feline lives so much better. Staff is unbelievable and so devoted to their work. LOVE THIS PLACE

Found this place when exploring Louisville. Didn't try the drinks but the man at the bar was very nice and the lady with the cats was great. Next time i am in Louisville i will have to come back.

Super cute place. Didn’t feel crowded and they have treats you can snack on while you wait for your appointment. The kittens are very loving and I am happy to hear that they find homes quickly.

Quite possibly the most pleasant place I've been since coming to Louisville! Amazing people; they're fun to talk to and obviously very passionate about what they do (saving heaps of cats and kittens). Good food and beer selection, and of course getting some play time with cute kitties is good fun. Planning to return in kitten season for sure. Highly recommend!

I went here a little bit ago with friends, it was so fun!! We came without a reservation, and even though we hadn’t reserved the super amazing workers there still let us come hang out with the adult cats! It was amazing! If you ever have a free day go check out the Cat Cafe and chill with the older cats :) They don’t get as much hype as the younger cats but they are such sweethearts! The building itself was gorgeous, the staff were actual angels, and the price wasn’t too bad either. 10/10 for sure :))

We came from Toledo, Ohio on a birthday trip and were so excited to visit our first ever cat cafe! Even when we first walked up, we got to stop and enjoy all the cats sitting in the window while we waiting a couple minutes for them to open. When we were let in, we were welcomed by friendly staff and the smell of coffee and pastries, and took a bit to peruse their amazing merch while getting our drinks and snacks. Everything looked amazing, especially the cocktails that I couldn’t justify having at 10AM 🥴. And finally, the moment we were waiting for: getting to go in the cat room. It was bright and welcoming with plenty of places to sit, lot of toys for the cats, and an abundance of climbing space, hiding spots, and beds for the kitties. Even in just an hour, you get to learn the personalities and names of these cats and really bond with them. All of them are adoptable through the Kentucky Humane Society, and getting to play and socialize with them really helps their chances of getting adopted! If we didn’t live 5 hours away and have three cats already, we would’ve taken Sheba home 😭 We even got to see 5 new cats arrive at the cafe and be welcomed into the new environment. When our time was up, we bought lots of merch (the sweatshirts are SO soft inside, and they have new “purride” shirts!) and toys for our cats at home, and said our goodbyes to the sweet kitties. You can tell the employees and volunteers here love and care for these cats and the work that they’re doing. If you love cats, this is the place for you! We even learned that they are the most successful cat cafe in the NATION! Plus they have a second location in Covington! Even if you can’t go, you can support them online with donations, and even through their Amazon wishlist to purchase goodies for the cats. We will definitely be back whenever we can. Daily was our barista, and she was absolutely wonderful. So knowledgeable about her job, the cats, and the business. She made the whole experience! Made a great cup of tea and a "Smelly Cat" blended coffee. It was really a fun place and just made you feel like it was your regular coffee house and not just your first time there. Thank you for everything! Keep being a wonderful, generous human! I'm so happy to have met you in our adventure!

We had a PURRFECT experience!! The souvenirs were cute, and the cats were adorable and well cared for! I've been to a lot of cat cafes, and this was by far the best! I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves cats!! ❤️ 😻 The barista was quick and friendly. Every employee was friendly and nice. We had an AWESOME time!!! 👌🏼

It's $15 for an hour of cat room time. Any cat without a blue marker is up for adoption. They take excellent care of their cats, very clean environment. The Staff is just wonderful! 10/10 would recommend coming here for pet adoption or simply to brighten your day.

Dear cat lovers, this was such a fun time…we just loved hanging out with all the adorable kittens…we couldn’t get enough…they were so sweet and loving. Everywhere I looked I would spot one hiding somewhere. My boys were enthralled, they played with all of them. Carrots was their favorite…it was also amazing seeing some get adopted. We also ordered some drinks, the boys enjoyed them a lot. We had been to a cat cafe in Japan, we enjoyed this one better. It is so much bigger, and the cats were friendlier.

Wonderful place to spend time socializing cats and kittens. The coffee is great and I think I am addicted to their pumpkin beverages. The staff is marvelous!! I can't compliment them enough. These are some very caring individuals. Cats and kittens are well taken care of and the place is very clean inside. I was able to find my senior baby girl Arya and I have Purrfect Day Cat Cafe to thank.

Such an awesome way to give back while petting sweet kitties. Great staff and cocktails. The boys watched with a beer behind the glass while the girls got their kitty fix in. Awesome location too. So much to do on Bardstown rd. Must see place if youre in or around louisville.

My family and friends loved this place! We adopted Zelda then renamed him Prince. The food, drinks everything was wonderful. Definitely go check this place out!

Really fun place to visit! You can reserve an hour time slot to play with all the cats that are looking for homes and get a drink from the cafe. The hour went by really fast. It is great to see they have helped thousands of cats get adopted. If I am ever back in Louisville I will visit again.

What a neat experience to be able to interact with your future pet! The adult cat area is very small and smells bad. The kitten area is much larger and cleaner. The people were very friendly and helpful. We came home with two 6 year old cats!

I booked a reservation for my husband, daughter and myself to enjoy this unique experience, we had a FABULOUS fun time with all of the cats, and the staff is amazingly nice! We didn't get a chance to try the drinks or treats, but they looked amazing as well. We ended up up adopting an adult female named Bridget, we love her so much already...I HIGHLY recommend you vist this place !!
