Walked
in
today
around
3:45PM
with
my
family,
only
three
tables
seated,
but
it
took
more
than
a
while
to
seat
us.
Staff
watched
us
walk
in,
manager
was
in
the
office
near
the
front
door
cutting
up
with
another
staff
member...
We
had
enough
staff
notice
us,
but
no
one
was
interested
in
seating
us.
The
staff
member
cutting
up
with
manager
eventually
yells
back
to
the
back
area
that
theres
someone
up
front...
one
of
the
waitresses
that
noticed
us
several
times
before
comes
rushing
out,
no
greeting,
seemingly
irritated,
asks
how
many
and
what
seating
we
preferred.
She
seemed
REALLY
inconvenienced,
as
if
we
just
ruined
her
afternoon.
We
ordered
our
food
and
drinks
with
fair
ease.
The
salad
bar
needed
attention
and
I
did
inform
staff,
but
it
seemed
to
be
brushed
off.
Salad
was
old
and
wet,
bar
itself
needed
a
major
wipe
down.
Once
we
received
our
order,
no
regular
check
ups
were
attempted.
No
one
showed
back
up
to
offer
refills
either.
Food
was
great
and
kids
enjoyed
the
overall
meal
too!
Unfortunately
the
food
alone
is
the
only
reason
this
location
received
two
stars.
We
never
received
our
check
so
we
headed
to
the
front
cashiers
station
where
the
manager
and
staff
member
were
still
on
a
roll
with
their
personal
conversation.
Once
again,
we
waited...
the
female
staff
member
speaking
with
the
manager
looked
over
at
us
several
times
and
we
continued
to
wait.
Nothing.
Finally
she
speaks
up
asking
if
we
have
a
check,
nope,
we
dont.
She
looks
around
and
asks
the
manager
directly
if
our
waitress
already
left
for
the
day.
Managers
response?
"Probably,
who
knows".
Once
I
knew
that
the
manager
was
aware
of
her
staffs
actions,
there
was
no
way
I
was
complaining
in
house.
So
I
came
here.
I
think
there
may
be
a
need
for
more
training
at
this
location.
