    I ordered a drink with almond milk and no whipped cream because I’m really allergic to dairy. I turned back the drink because they had put whipped cream on it. Then they gave me a “new and fresh” order without the whipped cream. Halfway through my drink I started having an allergic reaction and I realized that the staff probably just whipped off the cream from the top and gave me that. I never had that problem before in Starbucks but I guess when they are busy there is no time to do things properly.

    For the price, my coffee was a little -meh. The seating area was mostly dirty, tables needing a good soapy wash, large number of dead bugs along the windowsills, but it's probably a shared cleaning area with Kroger. Either way, bugs and eating space don't go well together. There's a lot of opportunity in this space.

    Placed a mobile order, coffee was ready fast but when I got there I saw another mobile order with the same name, but different food. Turns out the other person took my food by mistake, so they remade my sandwich… but gave me the wrong sandwich. I had been waiting 20 minutes at this point so I was ready to leave, didn’t realize there was no bacon on my breakfast sandwich. So now I paid $4.75 for a bacon, egg, and gouda sandwich, with no bacon. Coffee was good but sheesh, I paid too much money for a tiny breakfast sandwich only to be missing the bacon. Order was placed at 9:14, I ended up leaving at 9:40 — a waste of my time.

    Wish I could give them zero stars! I was in the phone with my mom when she went there to get me two grande hot chocolate with caramel drizzle! I was on the phone with her the whole time to make sure they added the caramel. When she got to the window the guy handed her two drinks which were some kind of latte on ice and some lollipops. When my mom asked him what is this he said your order she said no it’s not I ordered a hot chocolate with caramel drizzle when she try to hand it back he said no keep that I can’t take it back. My mom said no I don’t want this or want it in my car can I please have what I ordered. He asked what was her order and once she repeated it he came back with a hot chocolate no whip cream and you couldn’t see the drizzle added either. She told him this is wrong he said well what do you want she told him the order she paid for and want it done right. He told my mom to calm down and not to tell which she wasn’t he was just being rude and not listening. When he handed her the new order no whip cream or caramel drizzle In one and the other wasn’t hot. My mom then again said one was missing drizzle and whip cream the man said hold on. He came back with whip cream in a cup lol and told her please don’t come back then closes the window. The knocked for him to take back all the other peoples orders that she gave her that she did not want but they ignored her so she left it all at the window for them. Worst experience service and the hot chocolate both taste awful. Never going back to that location made me feel like they did something to my drink which is annoying cause I’m five months pregnant the school I teach at has a power outage today we was standing outside for 20 mins freezing and still no power so I was hoping for this drink to warm me up but nope!     Don't go on a Sunday. Clearly very busy, but two employees standing around laughing and cutting up. I am sure there are designated roles for everyone there, but when the inside is busy and there is a line 10 deep at the drive-thru, maybe those employees should be helping out their coworkers to get the orders out. Waited 35 min. for a simple order.

    I went and got my usual order and that comes out to $19.61 and something told me to check my account and there an pending charge for $29.61! I came in and told him I that I didn’t authorize an $10 tip and the manger said “oh you must must’ve pressed it when you was doing the transaction.” I told him that I never touched the machine that I just handed over the cashier my card. He gave me my refund but just watch out I am no longer an Starbucks customer!

    Does not disappoint, even when it is busy they get the orders fairly fast enough and with courtesy. I do large orders for companies and small personal orders and this is my go to place for them.

    I always order decaf because of a heart problem. I'd say about 30% of the time, they ignore the decaf and I end up miserable. The barista called me up to confirm I want decaf and no mix. I love that they took the time to acknowledge and properly address my request. The drink was one of the best I've ordered too!

    We waited 20 minutes for a coffee in spite of the place not being busy. I try to avoid barstucks but this one was exceptionally poor. Walked right up to order. Drive through wasn't terribly busy, and nta lot of Door Dashers. But the baristas were just in NO hurry. Loli gagging around and no "sorry for your wait". What was weird is the man before us got food as well. That came out and he was able to finish it before his coffee order was even ready. Was here because needed the FedEx next door, but whenever I have to return to this FedEx I will not be getting coffee next door again.

    This has to be the dirtiest and slowest Starbucks in Louisville. Only a few staffer are friendly- homeless hanging out all the time. You don’t feel safe. Do better Starbucks. For the price people are paying you at-least could clean up.

    This location constantly has issues. Their hours say they open at 5:00am. But if I show up at 6:00am they aren’t open yet. Or you will show up and only the drive thru is open. Or you order ahead 20 minutes in advance and still end up waiting another 20 minutes after you’ve gotten there to pick up your drink. It’s always something. Avoid this location at all costs. There is zero consistency. Which is something that Starbucks is usually very good at.

    Understaffed!! I'm sure the coffee is fine but we couldn't wait an hour for 2 drinks. After waiting 25 minutes, the barista was still working on orders placed before we arrived. The priority is definitely the drive thru lane.

    I live 5 minutes from this Starbucks location and try to support businesses in the area, BUT today was my last visit. I order a VERY basic drink; tall Latte with 3 Splenda WITH NO FOAM, not to mention it’s almost $5. It’s wrong 9/10 times. I hate to complain, but I work hard for my $ and would appreciate consistency. I avoid goin inside of this location, because it’s not the cleanest. I shouldn’t hv to leave a bad review, but instead be rewarded for being a valued customer. (If there is a response to my review please don’t bother if you are goin to refer me to use the contact us tab).

    I can’t believe the filth in this place! Flies everywhere, dust on the merchandise 2 inches thick, I watched the drive thru girl wipe her nose with her hand, and wipe it on her apron; I can’t by this is the standard

    The quality of the coffee has gone down. The last 2 times I went there for my iced coffee. It has been tasting awful. I wasted money on that. Just gotta start buying stoked iced coffee in the stores. Better off for now with the bad taste. Definitely plan to spend 30-40 minutes in line as well.

    *3rd street location in Louisville*. Person taking order very pleasant! Waiting on order for a long time & asked about it. Person giving explanation was VERY RUDE as she explained the wait and all the different stations involved in completing the order. I tried to explain I had no idea and she told me in an irritable tone, “I am one person!!!” 🤷🏻‍♀️😳😬 if there’s a next time at that location, at least I’ll know!!

    They are too busy and it impacts their customer service. Waited 25 minutes for a mobile order. Two baristas said it was coming. Only to find out they sat the cup aside because they didn’t have what the app let us order. They did not call our name, nothing. Just cup sat there.

    i used to come to this starbucks all the time when i lived in the area last summer and had no problems. i come back this summer twice and have waited over 30 minutes for my drink. even just now waiting 30 minutes for my drink i asked for a carmel latte with carmel drizzle and instead there it’s an inch of carmel at the bottom of my drink. so much for getting coffee! do yourself a favor and go to a different starbucks. it’s worth the drive.

    This location is my favorite. Always quick even though very busy. I’ve seen these baristas handle very stressful situations with grace and a very positive attitude. Always so kind and friendly. Tip them well, baristas work their butts off, especially high volume locations with drive thrus’. You all are killing it, keep your heads up. We appreciate you.

    Usually this location has quick good service but today I mobile ordered a blended drink and when I went in to get it it was only full like 3/4 of the way and was basically completely melted even though I had gone in before the scheduled pick up time. I was really disappointed since it cost extra.

    Asked for an iced vanilla latte and was given a cold brew with syrup. I asked 3 times if it was a latte and the cashier said yes 3 times. I get a iced vanilla latte almost exclusively at Starbucks because it’s so consistent. Odd. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

    Been sitting in the drive-thru for 30mins and still haven’t made it to the speaker. Ridiculous for Drive thru to be this slow. I have my dog so I cannot go inside and wait for 30mins. This store needs more support from its owner. This store should send free drink coupons. This wait is uncalled for.

    honestly shame on me for trying to continually give them chances; but there have been FOUR TIMES that they have either given me the completely incorrect drink (i get the brown sugar shaken espresso, they’ve given me the vanilla one twice aka a completely diff drink). and then the other two times they ONLY gave me ESPRESSO AND MILK. no syrups. no cinnamon. just milk. and espresso. i called to very nicely tell them and the girl told me she was the manager but didn’t say really anything or give any apology. don’t bother giving your money to them, there’s a lot of local coffee shops that actually know what they’re doing and actually care if they mess up. really hard to understand how you mess up so bad to only put espresso and milk in a drink not once but multiple times.

    If you can go to another SB... do so. I literally watched the barristas make 7 orders incorrectly...7...SEVEN.... My order was a Frappuccino a breakfast sandwich and a refresher. They made the refresher...then didn't make the remainder of the order. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked and they said its coming. After another 7 minutes, I enquired again and they finally realized they didn't make the entire order. After they realized it, the head barrista have the order to one of the others and asked them to make it. He didn't. He pulled two more orders and made those. I went and got the lead barrista again and asked him was someone going to complete the order. He said the other person was and went back over to the other guy. Well, he finally stopped and did the order they messed up... mind you, it's 40 minutes now. Once he completes the order, he's walking over to give it to me, I reach out my hands to take it, he then slams everything on the counter and walks off. I had several people come over and say they saw that and I was being super patient. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER AND CIRCUMSTANCES.

    The people here were really nice, had great vibes, and they got my order out fast! My only critique is that I wish the store had more sound dampening as it was a bit echoey, but that's not anything against the employees or coffee lol. this is still a great spot to chill and study, so I'd suggest bringing headphones!

    I think I have come to THE SLOWEST OR BUSIEST Starbucks so far in town! I ordered online to hopefully help with speed but from stopping at speaker and mentioning online order to when I got order was at least 15-20 minutes wait time. People seemed ok but young man gave me my drink without extra ice that I ordered and asked if they were low on ice since there extra in drink. He said " no there wasn't" while thanking him. I never fail to give a tip but the food and drink were okay. If u go here, prepare for a WAIT!!😕😊

    Barely a Starbucks. When I went there, I ordered two drinks, a green tea latte and a shaken espresso. I used to go here regularly but recently have noticed a major issue in wait times and the drinks I’ve received. My green tea latte was not made with chai as requested, given the wrong size, and no cold foam. Three mistakes in one drink? And the other one did not have any of the mentioned syrup, as they were out, and the drink itself was a replacement because they were out of basically every coffee product. Placed my order at 3:50, finally left with the half correct drinks at 4:15. Would not recommend.

    This Starbucks is mediocre. When it comes to the baristas they lack creativity & overall experience when it comes to making the drinks we all know & love. Also, the employees were very rude when I asked to use the restroom... I'm 8 months pregnant and I had to pee very bad and an employee said I quote, "You're not allowed to use our bathroom anymore" so I don't know if as you can imagine I was very discouraged after having this experience at my neighborhood Starbucks that I spend a lot of money at.

    I am very disappointed and unhappy with this Starbucks I was there waiting for over an hour to get the items that I payed for and when I asked if anyone had called out the name Ashley I was Met with blank stares. But when I said that I had Ordered a honey almond flat white and two sandwiches I still hadn’t received them the gentleman before me got his quickly and the gentleman after me got theirs quickly I am right roughly around 9 o’clock it is now 10:28 I just got back to my home it was 10:15 AM by the time I received my order I am highly upset.

    i’m not one to complain, but i sat at this starbucks for at least 30 minutes waiting on a drink that tasted like river water. i understand their busy at certain points in the day but from the looks of it wasn’t busy when i went. don’t get me wrong the employees were friendly but the overall experience was a 1.
