A well situated Hotel, clean and very friendly staff. However, the rooms are dated, very limited choices for breakfast and poor quality pillows. Honestly, I don't think the hotel is a 4 star standard.

NOT A 4* HOTEL! Very very very disappointed! You pay the price of 4* but the service is of 1*. No fridge in the room, no safe, no body soap, 2 small pillows, forniture got from my gran gran granmother. Someone should take off at least 2* from this hotel 🥵 so so disappointed!

The lady at the front desk was amazingly helpful and thoughtful. She also allowed us to check in early as our room was already ready. Very pleasant with her communications and suggestions. We loved the hotel and the ambience. Our room had a lovely view of the river. Fantastic location of the hotel and paid parking at the premises made it much easier.

Great location and I loved facing the rushing river, leaving the window open to listen to the river sounds. It made for a very restful night. Bed was comfortable. I did think it odd and inconvenient that the sink was in a different room than the toilet. I would gladly stay here again!

We arrived very late at night and the gentleman on reception was very helpful. It would have been nice to have a tea and coffee making facility in the room so we could have made a drink when we arrived and during our stay. The room was a little dated but the beds were really comfortable.

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Hotel Paradis. Very friendly and helpful staff, roomy rooms, with lovely view of the mountain. Only suggestions would be an iron and ironing board available to borrow for the room. Very inconvenient to go to the 9th floor to iron. and it would have been good to have a safe in my room. The kettle was borrowed and we loved it. thank you. Apart from that all the staff were helpful and lovely and made all of us feel very welcome in Lourdes. Thank you!!

We’ve been coming here for so many years and the lady at the front desk is always so helpful and welcoming. Their coffee and bar area is amazing too - would highly recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel! People are friendly, the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable, and my overall experience was very welcoming. However, two things to make it a 5/5 place: 1) breakfast was expensive, but had pretty bad food. 11 euros for just some eggs and croissants? 2) Wifi is strong, but does NOT reach any room. I see people regularly hanging out outside their rooms simply to get a connection. However, besides these two factors, lovely place!

It was a very good place to stay for a few nights. Definitely recommend this to any family’s staying. There are drinks to buy, and good cleanliness in the bathroom. However, you cannot change the Air Conditioning from your own room and have to ask reception. Very kind and helpful staff and were always available. They can even offer you taxis to go to airports or other places. Highly recommended!!!

They definitely did their best to help after I brought up a few issues. I appreciate that. They also let me keep my food in their fridge, and provided us an extended check out. The rooms are quite nice and cozy. The only barrier was the language, Not many of the receptionist speak English. Other than that it was great. The location is fantastic.

Me and my two adult children stayed in Paradis last 06-12 Oct'23. We had a pleasant room but without a refrigerator to cool our water, that does not matter on a general sense though. I would like to commend your front desk staff Yulia and Cecille, who were very accommodating in all we requested from them. For sure we coming back next year again.
