Ordered on the mobile app today gave me an estimated wait time of 10 minutes. I arrive at the location to find that they’re very behind on mobile orders and that they were making drinks that were submitted 30 minutes before me at the time I arrived. They actually noted at one point that there was a wait time of 51 minutes for a drink through the mobile app. Now if Starbucks management has the ability to turn off mobile ordering and update the stock of items.. you would think they would have the ability to modify the wait time. I would not have ordered had I have been an accurate wait time on the app. You could also see about 35 drinks sitting there of people who had just left and decided not to wait. Mobile ordering should have been turned off way earlier in the day. It’s not practical to pre order and then have your customers wait 30+ minutes for a beverage while the drive thru and walk ins are getting serviced immediately. Staff did a good job overall. Obviously it’s frustrating for the customers and it’s not entirely the staffs fault. Maybe this can be raised to head office or whoever manages the app.. the store should be given more control over wait times. Also shoutout to the brunette with a pony tail making all the drinks. She seemed so calm and collective throughout. I would quite literally be a mess if I was in her position.

i have been ordering here the past five days, the girl at the cash has messed up my order every single day even though i order the same thing every day so you think she’d figure it out. all i wanted was an iced matcha with oat milk, super easy. i have been getting so many different milks and today 1/2 almond milk. i will be ordering online from now on because they never get it right when i order at the cash. i wouldn’t come again if it wasn’t right beside my work.

I order my tea with cinnamon powder on top and I was in hurry, I left the place and than checked there was no cinnamon powder.

Love this location! Always great service, order is ALWAYS right, and the team is all super friendly! The staff are so cool, they taught me how to earn stars faster, and an easier wad to order my beverage so I don't feel so awkward listing off a million modifiers, haha Window staff are super chatty, and most love my asthetic, which is nice to feel seen and appreciated. Inside staff are just as fabulous. They are so attentive and very good st their job. They have no concers communicating my order (yes yes I know I'm "one of THOSE" customers..... BUT I'm no Ksren about it). to the staff making my drink to ensure accuracy. All around positive experience and will continue to shop there. Plus the rewards mean I can get hot and cold travel mugs for a fraction of the proce. I almost have enough cold cups for a different day of the week (you can never have too much iced coffee - even if you make it at home, and with winter starting to rear her ugly head, the hot drink cups are coming in handy. 10/10 will be shopping here almost exclusively (unless there is another location that has the merchandise I am looking for.

I’ve been coming to this location for 6 years and I’ve never been denied having my dehydrated fruit on the side of my $9 drink. Can you imagine? LOL I even asked if I could pay for an additional cup. There was absolutely no problem solving happening with the supervisor. I drove to another location and they happily accommodated me. I won’t be back! Big yikes. The dehydrated fruit gets nasty if your drink is for later FYI. Shout out to the windmill road location for reliability and customer service :)

Every time I go here the staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. I've witnessed them deal with grumpy, rude customers several times. Each time, they were respectful and kind. It's definitely my favorite Starbucks location.

I visited there after so long. All staff were so friendly and customer service was so good and satisfying 😌. It was a little bit noisy.

I'm not a fan of the interior after the reno (I'm sure I'm not the only one), but the staff are always friendly and my order is always correct. I avoid lines by ordering ahead.

My favorite Starbucks to go to in/around the city, the staff are always so friendly and actually try to have a short conversation with you. My drinks are always perfect!

I don't drink coffee but my daughter does here and she absolutely loves it!

Third time in a row, I was waiting for simple americano and cappuccino for 20min. Last time they even forgot about my order and made it wrong. What a disappointing customer service. I will never come back here again.

Standard Starbucks experience. Employees are nice, usually timely, and always almost a little bit too busy

Staff are great. Food is the usual reheated trash. Coffee is okay, overpriced. Specialty drinks are exceptional.

i love to study here even though it can sometimes get loud, drinks are very rarely done wrong compared to other locations

Ordered ahead on the app. When I arrived 10 min later my coffee was waiting for me and was made with all the customizations that I requested. Although I was just in and out, the staff greeted me warmly. Clean and good size store. Recently renovated I think. Have been here 3 times recently using the app and paying with bonus stars and I have been very pleased (first time was a Saturday about noon and wait was about 20 minutes after I ordered from the parking lot).

Easy find this Starbucks nice staffs, but I ordered light ice, failed. Too much ice in my cup. Anyway, service is quick. Thank you. Probably I would tell staffs no ice next time.

I love Starbucks but I went and purchased a Pistachio Latte yesterday, it tasted like a cup of hot water until my last mouthful of pure syrup. Gross. For 7.00$ I wish I hadn't experienced this.

Not the easiest parking lot to get in and out of for quick pickups. Will be back because I am addicted to their coffee and positive vibes. Definitely recommend pre-ordering through the app so your drink is ready upon arrival

This location specifically is my favourite. Between the happy and helpful staff to the clean newly renovated store it's always a pleasant time sitting in or hitting the drive thru. You can tell the baristas actually care about the customer which always starts the day off right. (also the redhead barista is my favourite)

I love this Starbucks, the baristas are really nice and the drinks they make are always excellent. I rated it 4 stars just because it’s always full between 11-12 and there are more customers than there are tables or chairs. It would be GREAT if there were just more tables and chairs to sit because sometimes I have to buy my drink and then go to the restaurant next to Starbucks to sit and enjoy my drink…plus you cant get free refills once you leave the store so there’s that
