If you want your money go wasted, visit them. Worst behavior, worst facility, overpriced. Feeling sorry for those who are working there. Manager doesn't even receive the call. You have to call him from your own number as their telephone is just for the show. The reason why their hotel looks so empty is obvious.

It is located in the vidhan sabha road which makes this hotel in a very busy place and there is zero parking. The rooms are avg but maintenance is really poor.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Extremely cooperative stuff and good food. Location is excellent, pretty close to market areas like Aminabad, Chowk, etc. However, the elevator was very smelly with rotten fish smell. Although, the management was able to temporarily resolve the issue.

I have stayed there.... location is best, next to sachivalaya. Rooms and Staff Behaviour is good. But washroom taps are continuously running or not properly working and Fan and ACs are very noisy.

The hotel is at right plact at Vidhan Sabha road near MNRega state office Lucknow. All is fine under budget hotel. But service is vey poor.

hotel Surya international. Start from location it's good on the road. Metro is there in sachivalaya. It's in central. There are many landmark like opposite ratan square, Burlington crossing, near by aakashvani , Vidhan sabha Marg. I met all Staff Members , they're really good. Good Staff Members. They all are very supportive and polite. Virendra Sir, Nikhil Sir , Nishant Sir including all other Staff Members are very good . They know Very well their duties , no need to tell them. In morning we had Breakfast .Breakfast is also good. Neat and clean room . Spacious rooms, 24 hr service available. WiFi facility. Pathatic service. Booked executive room of 286 sq ft but when check in they try to allot me 125 sq ft and said we have this room left only. Later alloted the correct room but that was not clean at all. Bedsheet was dirty.

Absolute Delight Right in the Centre of Lucknow! The Staff os Extremely Courteous & Warm. Was treated with a Lavish Dinner in a Quick Notice! Washroom was a Bit Leaky but Bed was Just Superb! Looking forward to Visiting Again Soon!

The place is good! However because of last minute booking we were charged extra. The service was good. We had to call room service multiple times to get the work done. Also the breakfast had limited menu.
