complete
dissatisfaction
with
your
brand
and

quality
of
your
services.
Until

and
your
brand
until
last
July
when
I
had
the
bad
idea
of
choosing
my
2
PACS
proposal
rings
from
Thomas
Sabo...
So
I
went
the
first
time
in
July
to
buy
the
2
rings
in
question,
then
a
second
time
to
exchange
them
(they
were
too
big)...
and
from
that
moment
on
the
problems
started!
At
first
the
seller
who
was
alone
at
the
stand
(month
of
August)
and
a
novice
(1st
day)
told
us
that
he
could
do
nothing
and
that
we
would
have
to
come
back...2
days
later...
I
would
like
to
point
out
that
I
live
40KM
from
the
brand
in
question.
The
3rd
time
I
was
able
to
exchange
my
rings
and
order
the
two
new
ones.
The
seller
had
to
call
me
to
confirm
the
arrival
of
these
a
few
weeks
later....
I
was
never
called
and
a
month
later
I
took
the
liberty
of
contacting
the
store
which,
to
my
great
surprise,
had
received
my
rings
two
weeks
ago.
I
went
to
the
store
the
next
day
for
the
4th
time,
and
out
of
the
two
rings
ordered
for
the
exchange
there
was
only
one!!!
Keeping
my
calm
and
trying
to
remain
understanding
of
the
extent
of
everyone's
incompetence,
I
ordered
the
missing
ring
again...
2
weeks
later
the
store
called
me
and
I
returned
for
the
5th
time
to
finally
get
my
rings
We
are
2
months
after
my
first
visit!!!
At
this
moment,
I
want
to
do
as
specified
on
the
site
and
as
the
seller
confirmed
to
me,
engrave
my
two
rings...
and
then
surprise
the
machine
does
not
work
for
the
rings,
I
will
have
to
come
back
later...
.
2
weeks
later,
I
come
back
for
the
6th
time,
I
still
live
40km
away,
I
am
informed
that
the
machine
is
still
not
repaired,
they
cannot
tell
me
how
much
longer
it
will
take!!!
I
was
offered
to
send
them
to
Dijon
to
have
them
engraved...
finally
a
good
initiative...
and
that
within
1
week
I
will
receive
them
at
home...
2
weeks
later
I
still
haven't
received
anything,
no
one
has
called
me,
I
call
and
they
explain
to
me
that
there
was
a
problem
during
the
engraving,
that
a
ring
must
be
recommended..
..
It's
the
end
of
October,
this
€300
charade
has
been
going
on
for
over
3
months
and
I
still
don't
have
my
rings!!!
I
contacted
customer
service
twice...
no
email
or
phone
call,
no
response
to
my
dissatisfaction
email!!!
I
received
my
rings
4
months
after
my
purchase...
with
a
completely
failed
engraving!!!!
