A beautiful old-fashioned room, just the way we like it! Here we move away from the impersonal concept of chains, into relational and human aspects. The boss comes every day to greet the people who are training, the coaches know how to be available, the machines are maintained, the premises are clean and the prices are more than reasonable.

Petite salle avec tout ce qu'il faut pour pratiquer de la musculation. Le matériel et les machines sont anciennes, certaines mériteraient une rénovation, rafraichissement ou un remplacement total (vélo elliptique qui grince ou des toiles d'araignée sous certaines machines, bancs fort abimés). On n'y va pas pour avoir du matériel dernier cri mais pour la convivialité et le respect pour les autres personnes. C'est très agréable de voir que tout le monde range ses poids et décharge les barres. Certes, on paie un peu plus cher que d'autres filiales industrielles mais si on veut s'entrainer tranquillement sans que la salle ne soit bondée, c'est parfait. Les horaires sont bien si on souhaite s'entrainer dès 7h du matin. Maintenant que les cours collectifs ont été supprimés et que le mur a été abattu pour agrandir l'espace musculation, tout est mieux agencé. Le must est d'avoir pu utiliser cette fameuse machine à hack-squat, une tuerie !

Une super salle où s'entrainer et surtout progresser. Des coachs au top, que ce soit au niveau relationnel, disponibilités et compétences. L'ambiance y est conviviale et on y trouve toutes les machines nécessaires !

Excellente salle de sport pour tous niveaux ! Les coachs sont toujours disponibles, souriants et de très bon conseils. Ambiance familiale très appréciable qui incite à y aller régulièrement.
