This brand is SHAMEFUL, how dare it call itself “jewellery”? To all potential customers, RUN away, and invest a few dozen more euros elsewhere. It's an ALIEXPRESS of jewelry, the salespeople should be ashamed of working for such a brand. Here is my experience: - gold hoop earrings bought for €200: broken in two the first time they were put on. Luckily it stayed in my ear so they replaced it. But they are so fragile that I don't wear them - 3 identical gold-plated bracelets purchased: TWO of the THREE broken in the FIRST HOURS worn. As it's summer, no sleeves, so lost in town. And there obviously, the brand CATEGORICALLY REFUSES to replace them because “The guarantee does not cover breakage or loss”. Very practical for anything that falls to the ground as soon as it is broken!! - a friend bought another bracelet: she had it repaired THREE TIMES in 2 months, the last repair the saleswoman told her "this will be the last time". NO SORRY BUT THE LEGAL GUARANTEE DOES NOT LIMIT THE NUMBER OF REPAIRS. She ended up demanding a refund. - a colleague bought her engagement ring WHAT A MISTAKE, a diamond fell out after two months, and she had to HARASS a store to AGREE to take it as a guarantee. FLEE YOU POOR FOOL

Piercing of both ears for my 15 year old daughter, carried out by a very warm and professional seller. The welcome and explanations throughout the procedure were perfect, not to mention the gentleness during drilling with a sterile gun and the strict compliance with hygiene rules. The choice of earrings is varied and my daughter found what she was looking for with small white gold studs set with zirconium. This experience contrasts with that carried out when he was 10 years old in a piercing salon (MBA Villeurbanne) where the needle had deviated, the manipulation had lasted much longer and was painful. Not to mention that the healing could never be finalized despite the disinfection protocol followed to the letter and that another piercer had turned the needle in all directions to recreate the hole. Pure butchery! At Histoire d'Or, none of that: you can go there with complete confidence and leave with your bottle + disinfection booklet. A great customer experience and a teenager delighted with her curls for the end of year holidays! Thanks again to the top seller!

Nous avons été reçu par la charmante Camille qui a pris le temps pour mettre en place la réparation de nos bracelets et surtout pour le choix de nos futurs bijoux . Nous avons reçu un mail lorsque nos bijoux étaient réparé plus un appel téléphonique pour convenir d’un moment pour tout récupérer que ce soit la réparation de nos bijoux et de nos achats effectués avec gravure . Tout cela a été coordonné par le professionnalisme de Jamila qui nous a fait l’immense plaisir de nous restituer notre commande afin que nous puissions partir à temps pour les fêtes sur Troyes avec nos bijoux. Venus sans rdv pour percer les oreilles de notre fille de 6 ans pendant les vacances de la Toussaint, nous avons été accueillis immédiatement par Camille et la gérante qui ont été d'un professionnalisme sans reproche ! Camille a été super avec ma fille du début à la fin (coup de main de Célia au top !), elle n'a même pas eu mal et est tellement contente du résultat que nous n'avons aucun regret d'être passé par la boutique de la rue Victor Hugo ! bravo mesdames.

J'ai acheté un collier en juin, suite à une erreur dans l'adresse mail je n'avait pas la facture. Le fermoir c'étant cassé je l'ai ramené et en moins de 10mn la boutique m'a remplacé le fermoir et éditer la facture tout ceci avec un accueil sympathique et très souriant.
