We had the 3 course meal. The waiter upsold us from flank steak to a filet. They still gave us a sinewy flank steak claiming that it was a filet. Steak came undercooked. The beef stew however was pretty good. The lyonnaise salad was excellent.

Restaurant in the Vieux Lyon. The portions on plates big. I ate salad Lyonaise and stake. Dessert: mousse au chocolat. Red wine. It was all nice. I especially recommend mousse au chocolat.

Wanted to try the traditional Bouchon Lyonnais and very much enjoyed it,had the Formule as I wasn't sure what to get, everything was excellent, service was good, price was very reasonable

plain restaurant. good service, reasonable price (24€ for a French menu set) but cannot agree with the food too much. You can enjoy an evening with a friend, however. cold starter is fine. the main dish dumpling is like a wet cake. steak is hard to chop. dessert ice cream melted into water

Located in the most lively area of the old city of Lyon, this restaurant is often crowded and has a young style.

I have to say this was a Fabulous lunch. The service excellent food we had some Lyon specialties they were hot and delicious We were lucky to get seated quickly as after us there was quite a wait but so worth it. Prices very fare

2 times I ate in this resturant. Both times the service and food was beyond amazing. The meet beef is so tender and cooked to perfection. The deserts are mouth watering. A great selection of wine is also a plus. Ask for Valentine

Excellent meal at a picturesque restaurant in the heart of the old city of Lyon. A kir and a beer with the Lyonnais Lunchtime Menu. Excellent food quality, great ambiance, sitting outside and watching the world (aka hordes of tourists!) go by. The staff were very friendly and efficient (note to US tourists: efficient means helpful bilingual and attentive - it doesn’t mean service at the speed of McDonald’s!). The menu was well-suited for anyone who wants to try local dishes without going really ‘out there.’ Highly recommended.

AMAZING! Couldn’t have found a better place for dinner. We paid ONLY 24 € and had 3 courses of exquisite food, great quality and fantastic service. Highly recommended ❤️

Tourist trap. Save your calories for something else in this beautiful city of Lyon. Tried the $24 and $35 lunch options. Both were mediocre at best. Steak was chewy and needed salt. Service took 2 hours for lunch even though we ordered all drinks and food immediately up front.

We liked the first and the second plate a lot, everything was very flavourful, just the desert was too sweet and too much at the end. The waiter was really kind and all in all it was a good deal!!

All the blame is on the designer of the menu... I had the Goat cheese, it was delicous but it came with a Salad with sauce. Most people will love it but i HATE such kind of sauce and that was not written on the menu (nor the sauce neither the salad...) so i ate only the tiny bits of chevre on the top. Then i had a nice rib eye steak with potatoes which was quite nice And the dessert was supposed to be lost bread but once again the menu did not say it would be soaked in Rhum... most people will love it but as i don't drink any alcohol i am now feeling this disgusting taste in my mouth and that totally wasted my mood...

Really nice restaurant for traditional french plates, menu Lyonnaise is quite affordable and plates are really good . I highly recommend
