I don't understand the concept of saying on the front door that you are open at 7:00, but it's 7:30 and the store is closed. I can clearly see the croissants and the sellers but the door remains closed. This is the second time in 15 days that this has happened to me. So either you clearly indicate that you open at 8 or 9 a.m. or you open. This brand is not very serious

Pris à emporter. Attente très très longue pour une restauration rapide dans une gare. Je paie un supplément dans mon bowl mais qui en fait n’est plus disponible. Pour une formule donc avec plat et dessert, je n’ai qu’une fourchette …Coca 0 commandé mais coca normal délivré. Bref, dommage car le concept change des sandwichs à emporter dans le train mais finalement il m’a manqué !

A disappointment to talk about. Unnatural products that cost an arm and a leg! The tea I had at 3.20, the water wasn't even hot, I went to see the person asking for hot water and not lukewarm, she told me it was the hottest that she can have! Tables not clean and smile optional. At monop they have the same thing for less…

Chirashi is good but overall the portion is very small.

Je ne peux me prononcer que sur l’accueil et le service client : annoncé comme ouvert à 7h sur le site internet et sur la devanture, je me suis trouvé devant les portes fermées à 7h. Une personne était à l’intérieur et a fait semblant de ne pas me voir. A 7h25, toujours fermé. Ne comptez pas sur cette boutique en cas de départ matinal car vous risquez de ne rien avoir à manger. J’aurai pourtant apprécié manger Pokawa car les produits y sont plutôt bons.

Healthy and colourful food for take away or to stay although not much places to sit down. Very good option in the station for a quick lunch/dinner. Use to be busy and the air conditioning doesnt work… too much hot in summer!

Good food, but heinously expensive

Ideal for eating a vitamin-packed meal between two connections. You order and pay at a terminal or at the counter, very convenient and the service is fast. There were a lot of travelers at the station but I easily found a place. I chose falafel and poke with chicken, avocado, radishes, rice, cucumber... mango sauce. It’s peppy and delicious.

What a dismal experience today. People were standing inside the restaurant to try and watch for their trains and not ordering, so just getting in the door was an exercise in futility the staff really did not have it together. With an hour before my train, I thought this would be a safe bet. Was I ever wrong. Thirty minutes and they still didn't have my order (come on, three people on the assembly line and it takes more than 30 minutes?); in fact, they lost my order. I was trying to be calm and cutting them some slack, but after half an hour of no order, I realized it wasn't making any difference. The best part was the bottle lemonade — probably because they had no part in making it, having been bottled elsewhere! Not recomended...

First Pokawa experience and I am won over. It's good, hearty, fresh and tasty. But actually, even if we cannot say that the team is unpleasant, they are not lively or dynamic. We are in a large station so potentially in a hurry! If you have to wait 20 minutes... that's too long! That's really the only downside.

My order was ready in 6 mins The little bowl has surprised me: it looked like a medium one. The ingredients were fresh and tasty! I recommend

Sympa ce nouveau Pokawa situé en plein milieu de la gare. Une belle boutique coloré, de bons Pokés préparés à la commande et une équipe sympathique qui offre de la limonade. Possibilité de consommer sur place avec quelques places assises, plutôt rare dans la gare, je reviendrai.

Très belle boutique qui vient d’ouvrir en plein cœur de la Gare de Lyon Part Dieu ! Le personnel est sympathique, le service rapide malgré le monde et il y’a quelques places assises ! À tous les mauvais avis, testez les autres commerces de la gare et vous reviendrez chez Pokawa je pense :) moi j’ai fait mon choix ! Un bon poké préparé à la minute !!!

Une belle déception. La sauce huile pamplemousse citron est en fait juste de l’huile. Du quinoa a l’huile, un régal. Puis 4€ la salade de fruits que vous pouvez voir en photo .. je me marre ou je pleure j’hésite encore. Du vol. N’allez pas à ce Pokawa. Un poke in salade de fruit et une eau = 25€ !!! Mais LOL

Petit moment d’évasion gustative avant et pendant le voyage en train. Service rapide moins de 10 minutes, efficace. Merci à l’équipe !

Good to grab a quick meal at the train station. I was here at 8pm, the service was really fast and I liked the food.
