Great course, adapted to the audience, often in small groups which allows postures to be adjusted. Lots of creativity in the lessons which are always different, with elements that recur of course. Angélique is as passionate as she is exciting!

What can I say about the CoYogis classes except that I recommend them 100%!! I think that the classes are in the image of the founder of CoYogis, Angélique, namely constructed, with a real challenge, a good dose of humor and good humor and this in each session!! And this concept of shared lessons almost makes me want to be from Lyon, to say :p!!! Fortunately, thanks to the joys of technology, I have the immense fortune to be able to participate in the courses offered by Angélique. Very engaging and enriching course. This is the first time I've been so attentive to yoga. The music, the location, Angélique’s voice and the carefully chosen postures give us a quality class.

I took part in an “Adventure and Creativity” weekend with Coralie and Angélique and they organized the perfect break from the hustle and bustle of our often busy daily lives. The program was varied and well thought out to suit everyone, while leaving everyone free to choose what they wanted to do or not. The setting was splendid, the group very warm and the memories that emerge have a wonderful smell of undergrowth as well as the sound of chimes and lots of bursts of laughter. Thank you both for the energy and generosity you put into it!

I'm rediscovering yoga and I love the concept of small group classes, each time with intense but accessible flows. I love this demanding and always fun yoga. A great teacher who has been supporting me for 1 year in my yoga learning and I feel progress every week. During our classes, we challenge ourselves, we feel good, we refocus and we laugh! The CoYogis concept of group classes at home benefits from expanding and becoming known. The CoYogis classes do so much good, I recommend 100%!
