Rude staff (girl with glasses and brown curly hair especially). Order took 20 mins. I was shouted when the order was handed to me. I will not return & would not recommend a visit. Example of what I ordered and what I actually received. Not good enough.

Thanks for working in the morning but extra slow service and no Mac breakfast. I’m waiting for my burgers for 18 minutes right now and still don’t received it. Shame!

Waited for my order for more than 40 min. In any Mac in Ukraine you usually wait no more than 5 min for your order, so that’s a bit disappointing

Probably the worst McD I've ever been to. 22 minutes for a simple order of 1 hamburger and 1 shot of espresso. Quite a few people waiting for their orders around and some eating inside but the guy at the counter asked me to wait outside - apparently covid rules? He said I could come in and eat once my order was ready. This location is inside a huge mall where they checked covid vaccination certificates to let you in the building itself. Another girl said we will call your order number in English if you do not speak French but still didn't. Horrible service with illogical rules.

In the whole airport there's not a single place to charge our device s, they don't work so fortunately McDonald's offers kind of comfortable area where you can enjoy some refreshments awhile you wait for your flight, also the staff is very kind 🙏🏻

What can you say about a McD. The menu is pretty standard as you would expect. The covid rules we very well enforced with pass checking and hand spray at doors. The food was hot which is not always the case at McD. It got very busy at lunchtime and quickly filled up. The toilets were clean. It is what it is. If you want to quick snack I would recommend it.

I visited the place at 13:30 on Wednesday. It was a total chaos. This place doesn't deliver to the tables and the usual screens with order numbers are absent, so the personnel are shouting out the numbers of both inside and to go orders. That might not be a problem for locals but if you are a foreigner like me you'll definitely check Google translate to hear how your number sounds in French! Despite all this the food came out very swiftly and I even found a nice place outside.

Food was not good. Only self service from kiosk. Really busy and no where to sit.

Cleanliness was terriblew as there was definitely not enough people working there considering the crowd of patrons. Drinks were not cold whe they arrived at the table, only the burgers were ok
