Always a bad service here. They never guve us the right order there's always something missing and when u ask for the missing items they guve you a bad attitude as if it's tour fault the order isn't prepared well. Extremely dirty too, I dont know why in France all the BK diners are dirty, guys have you heard of mopping the floor? A minimum of hygiene.

Food is very nice. Atmosphere is pleasant. Staff are supportive and coordinating.

Regular Burger King 🍔 in the shopping mall. All simple, understandable and quick.

Really convenient due to it's placement, right next to the metro station. The attention was very nice and polite. You can place your order in the machines but you need to pay attention because some of them don't print your receipt with the order number

The service is great and fast, and the workers are actually really friendly. The best Burger king I went to so far.

I had to wait 25 minutes for the food that came cold. Awful place.

The bathroom was very dirty and the menu is horrible and cold.

First of all time for making took so long firstly we thought it was because they need time to make it but when it arrived burgers and french fries/chips very cold coca cola which we ordered with ice firstly didnt arrived until we told them it was missing cola wasn't even cold and didn't had ice fries wasn't salty and etc. And ketchup didn't even arrive also there was mouse in restaurant. It was Westfield's but i dont know what is situation in other locations.

the place is so dirty : insects on the walls and flying all around you while you eat, cleaning services are non existant (tables and floors are so dirty), hair in your food

Cold, slow, medium chips are miniature and uncooked. Avoid.

They don't speak English, everything else is ok
