Hello, I recently came for threading for my eyebrows, which between us lasted less than 10 minutes which means that my eyebrows are not too full and that threading is simple.... Until then everything is fine, except that at the last moment the beautician took small scissors to cut off a part of my hair in order to regularize it..... I was initially frightened by these scissors and gave me confidence I let myself have it done by a professional**, except that the line of my two eyebrows is no longer regular now and that's all I see...... I've had my eyebrows waxed for a very long time and never one didn't offer to cut "the excess" with a small scissor... I don't have the thick, regular eyebrows of the person who took care of me.

Beauticians come and go with the seasons. So there is a lot of variability regarding my business experiences with these young girls 🤔. At best they are adorable, at worst they are motivated by the state of their makeup. Mirror, Oh my bô mirror, am I the most Beautiful? 🪞💄💅🦚

We came today, Tuesday January 16, to the Yves Rocher Lyon Vaise institute. It was an incredible experience. My partner and I are getting married this Thursday and we wanted to relax before our big day. We were very well received by the ladies in charge of our care. My partner had chosen an apple resculpting treatment, a chamomile massage as well as a hand massage and eye patches. For my part, I had chosen a relaxing escape, with a scalp massage and eye patches. Our two performances were incredible and could not have exceeded our expectations. We are completely satisfied and relaxed and we recommend this institute. You can go there with your eyes closed!

It was the first time I came for a facial treatment, Julie was incredibly gentle, very kind, professional and attentive to my needs. The institute was very clean. I had a great time!

A very unpleasant lady at the checkout Who puts other customers before supposedly because they are institute customers yet the woman had finished her treatment and made her purchases then kindly put herself at the back of the line to queue normally on the other hand the lady at the cashier told him to go ahead. I preferred to redeposit my purchases and leave!! The other lady at the checkout told her that I was the first before the lady she wanted to go through but she said no. Stop favoritism, a customer remains a customer
