When we arrived the room was dirty, the bed used and discarded, the bathroom with dirty towels on the floor. A complete disaster.

Spacious studio apartment overlooking the garden. Heating & air-conditioning controlled by occupant. On metro D direct to centre. Shops and catering outlets 5 minute walk away. If you book well in advance, the cost is reasonable.

Decent hotel, decent room, good basement parking.

Not quite 5 stars! The room was a accessible room and wasnt the nicest, they did have a wierd smell in them and the TV didnt have any english channels. But the parking was great, the rooms were clean, the staff were brill and even let us use the jacuzzi after hours (8-9pm) which was really nice and made the night extremely romantic for me and my partner!

Very good, clean. The appart for 4 persons is big enough. The apart is well equipped: fridge, microwave, toaster… Just a negativ point the TV, there is only french channels and the remote control is difficult to manage

Very nice place to stay. Close to subway and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Not a great place to stay as the apartments are not cleaned not maintained properly. Our room was full of dust with stains on the bed and there was mold and dust throughout the bathroom. The kitchen utensils are all very poor quality and old and you don’t really want to use them. Lastly, after paying 9 euros for the laundry machines, I quickly realized they were full of mold. I definitely wouldn’t go back to this place.

Large, clean and modern suites, just about a two minute walk from a metro station.

Fast check in/out. Friendly staff. My room was clean and comfy. Really close to the metro station. The neighborhood is good too. Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, all within walking distance.

No internet, room not cleaned during 2 days stay, facilities looks very old.

Great place and quite decent price. Not very close to the centre but easy to get to as it is about 30mins walk from the main train station. The room had a mini kitchenette with cutlery and crockery, pans, kettle. The bed is a bit hard so perhaps they should add a topper or have the option to provide one.

Poor value and attention to detail for cleanliness. Reception are eager to help and will do what they can but resources are limited at this property. Note that there is no air conditioning from October 1 so if in the ‘annexe’ ask for a north facing room to avoid the heat of the setting sun. Good secure parking under the hotel.

Great location close to metro.. rooms clean but a bit on the smaller side, but that is only a minor issue. Staff helpful when help needed!

Pretty nice and tidy apart hotel, with separated toilet and both room. Parking is available with very reasonable price.

With parking [ 15 euros] and a kitchenette. Nice location close to metro, shops and som bistros. The bad part is that is not very cleen, rooms were't cleen for three days. No toalett paper and many things inside the room were broken. The staff leaves The reception at night upto 20 minutes. A lot could be improved

Nice room. Nice facilities. Good staff. Not so clean as I expect from a 4* hotel. Not even as a 3*... The fact that they clean the room once a week is bad...
