What a dive!!! Loads of emails and texts giving a code that doesn't mean anything then when I arrive I find out the parking is chargeable- contrary to the booking and they then want to charge extra on the original bill. The staff are rude and the air conditioning doesn't work. Avoid it!! Sleep in your car as a better option!!

To be fair, this place needs a lot of improving, however it is very quiet and the beds are clean and actually big. It is a two star hotel so you can't expect to have the same level of service as a 3 star one or above. I'm being a bit generous maybe with my 4 star rating but the location is quite good, there is a tram line here, also there is not a great walking distance towards the business center and the city center. The staff is also pretty friendly. If you are on a strict budget I would recommend this hotel.

Walking distance from part-dieu station, on a quite street. (doesn't feel dangerous). I stayed at the twin bed room, it was well Sound proofed and quite good sized. The room is not the newest but clean and well equipped. Bus station right in front of the apartment. Good value for the money!

Welcoming personnel, clean and comfortable room with all the amenities, fine breakfast with pastry. The stay was paid for, so can't say anything about the "price-quality" matching.

Probably one of the worst place i ever stayed. Our train was delayed and the train company booked this "hotel" for us. Upon arrival at 1am the man at the reception desk was less than helpful and want me to pay for the room even with the voucher from the train company. I refused and after 20 mns was able to have access to the room. The room was dirty with stains on the walls and all over the curtains (which half of it was hanging on the side and not fixed to the railing) The bathroom was also dirty and the bathtub very old with black stains and mould. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

**SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS, do not stay here** I was woken up at 3:00 am by a man entering my room. He left when I shouted, but I was too scared to sleep the rest of the night. There is no way to lock or bar the door from the inside if someone has a key. The staff’s response was disappointing. They could give no explanation as to why someone else had a key, and they refused to look into it further or involve the police. They allowed me to switch rooms but I ultimately forfeited the rest of my reservation to find a new hotel. THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE.

This is no Radisson or Hilton, but for being located in the heart of Lyon and 5 minutes from Part-Dieu train station at very reasonable prices, I would recommend it. I only stayed the night, and would do so again when pit-stopping in this beautiful city. The place could do with a modern revamp, but it was clean and I could cook a quick meal with the essential in-room kitchen amenities.

This is an APPARTHOTEL! This means cleaning once per week. If you need extra towels, or clean ones, you have to ask at the reception. The breakfast is only until 9:00! Its really close to the Part Dieu train station. Personel si very helpfull.

Very good location. Near bus station, 30 min walk to Lyon center. Very clean, good vibe.

Receptionist was professional and courteous. Bad first impression when I stepped out of the elevator on a disgustingly stained hallway carpet. I mentioned it to the receptionist right away. No follow up. 6 nights later the carpet was still as bad as when I arrived. Room was hot and heavy curtain did not close. This does not meets the 3 stars standard displayed outside the building.
