The hotel has a great view from the windows overlooking the river. But that view comes at the price of a serious climb to get to the hotel after a day od touring. The facility has kind of a dormitory feel to it, with some catwalks overlooking the dining area. The rooms have a nice kitchenette for doing basic cooking, including a kettle and coffee maker, so it's pretty well setup for a longer visit.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. The two stories rooms are very dangerous as it is easily to fall down. The doors are noisy. I stayed there for 4 days because of a training course. Avoid this hotel.

Very casual accommodation. Not suitable for elderly people if walking. Two ladies in reception are brilliant. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

We booked for 2 nights but left after the first. The room had mold in the shower and was impossible to ventilate with an old ventilator. Because it was located under a flat roof the temperature was over 35 celsius. Even after having the window open at night the walls and bed felt really hot. The ''cold'' water felt warm so definitely a health risk. We payed over €90 per night but we slept in cheap hostels with more comfort. Would not recommend the place for anyone.

I spent at Villemanzy in Lyon for around 5 days. Overall, I think this hotel is not a hotel but rather a hostel and for the price of 80 Euro per night too expensive. The rooms are old, the parking is free but it is hard to get a parking spot. The staff was nice but the room was not cleaned. It is true that there is a good view but only some rooms have this view. My room was on the first floor and people outside on the street could look into my room when I had the window open. There is only one heater in the bathroom and the windows are not isolated well so it gets cold in the winter. I would not recommend to go to this hotel, only if you enjoy older hotels in the middle of the city.

Perfectly located if you want a stunning view of Lyon, to see the Park with zoo and greenhouses, explore the centre by foot, as well as see the basilica on the hill and the Roman ruins at LUGDUNUM

The staff is very nice. The hotel is secured by gates and locks. The rooms are a good size, the guest is responsible for keeping the hotel clean as the maid service is only once a week with replacement of sheets and towels the rest is your responsibility. Overall a beautiful hotel.

Good location, friendly personal and fair prices. There are even (limited) free parking spaces available 👍🏼 Dear future guests: please make use of the complimentary dish-washer-powder-tablets (available at the reception) to assure that all the dishes are completely clean for your successors - thank you very much 😊

Free parking, a must in Lyon! Decent sized apartment for a French city. East access (although down a rather steep hill) to town. The place could do with a bit of a freshen up.

You have a magnificant view from the room. It is very convient since it is so close to the downtown. I found the room spacial. You can get free baby bed.
