    Right at peak, service still quite fast without any hang-ups when the order was complete. It's still fast food even if it's still good and plentiful. A small downside concerning the delivery of the commission where everyone is on one side in bulk with no real thread

    It's a bad start...Manager of a brand at La Part Dieu and invited by the brand to eat for free before opening which is certainly true but unfortunately I send my employee to get our two menus. Quick asks to come one by one. Besides God, we don't have much time but hey... it starts with an error on my employee's order and when it's my turn to come at 1:35 p.m. they tell me that it's finished at 30. You will have was able to give the two menus directly or warn my employee that at 30 it was finished. Too bad you have already lost a customer

    Even 0 star is much for them.the manager was talking to the mobile.In my sense,employees are not allowed to take their phones during work due hygiene issues.30 minutes waited ,then went to caisse the manager told me that your order is cancelled because u didn’t respond the call.whereas we were Standing in-front of the cash counter.manger was lying.never go again to this quick brunch .

    Run away! Don't let your children eat there. My 2 year old child had food poisoning because of their happy meal with a hamburger whose DLC must have expired a while ago. I warn them on the phone by asking for a manager, I leave them my telephone number and they make fun of my comments without anyone from their management calling me back. Very seriously, I strongly advise against this Quick, it is doomed to failure as they shit on their customers! Hoping it sinks quickly that's all it deserves.

    More than 30 minutes of waiting and still no order ready!!! Never again ! Poor organisation ! We will surely eat in 10 minutes because we have to leave room for others who are waiting standing! A Saturday certainly but an anxious atmosphere!

    Incompetent! The staff is unable to handle too many customers. The waiting time is just horrible. You can go to the cinema and come back to pick up your order without stress.

    Victim of its success, this quick is much too small and much too noisy in addition to the servers who shout the order numbers (I'm not overdoing it). The waiting time is not worthy of a fast food restaurant and that is surely the biggest downside.. Nevertheless the products are of quality, a small downside on the fries served cold (we had to eat towards the fountain), but that does not take away from the fact that they were not even lukewarm... There's work for management...
