Very unfortunate the welcome and the advice. My fiancée wanted to buy earrings placed at the back of the store thinking they were the only earrings in the store. The saleswoman still tried to sell the pair of earrings for 45 euros and charge 15 euros for the piercing because she could not sell these earrings without charging 15 euros more, that would be earrings. Ears sold only in case of piercing. When we asked for an explanation of the price, she ended up saying that there were earrings on the other side of the store if we didn't ask for an explanation she was charging for the piercing for a person who already has his ears pierced. Great advice! It's very strange to charge the unit, the single loop, for 20 euros and the pair for 45 euros by the way 😂😂😂.

Welcome, advice and friendliness of the salespeople and the seller who took the time to look at the jewelry that I had to have repaired. The store is bright and the choices offered are accessible to all budgets. Histoire d'Or and me it's a long story, I have never had to regret all my purchases made in the different shops that have been found on my path. Thanks to the La Part Dieu team, my pendant is around my neck again, for my greatest pleasure.

More than mediocre!!!!!!! very proud saleswoman, in particular the saleswoman with very, very dark skin and short red hair with a watch with a black copper bracelet (she took care of the silver rings with a blonde lady who was also much more pleasant! ) I was unable to read her first name on her badge because she intentionally hid it, this saleswoman told me she did not have the ring in the size I wanted in the store, not only did she lie because at the stand the story was gold which is 1 floor lower, they told me they had it in stock in the store, so I went back to the store and they actually sold me the ring I wanted in the size I wanted!! !! by pretending not to have paid attention always so proudly and without excuse. (I was not given a new ring but a ring that had been returned which was damaged upon reflection) And to finish in style, when I went to checkout, I was not offered to use the discounts I had thanks to my previous purchases! To avoid very very bad experience! I will not fail to express my dissatisfaction on my social networks.

Excellent experience, I do not share the point of view of the last 2-3 negative reviews on Google. I went there to replace a watch battery as well as adjust the bracelet, the latter not having been purchased within the brand. A very courteous person was able to answer my questions by telephone, I was quickly referred by a friendly young woman at reception and finally taken care of in less than 5 minutes by a young man to carry out the operation. The icing on the cake was that the adjustment of the bracelet was offered to me. I highly recommend Histoire d’Or Part-Dieu!

What a pleasant surprise to be so well received on a Saturday afternoon when the store is crowded with customers (and the air conditioning seems to be broken)! My daughter wanted a ring, the young woman who took care of her was extremely cheerful from start to finish, very gentle, not trying at all costs to sell us anything else. And for my part, a gentle ear piercing, by a very friendly, professional and patient person. I recommend !

Poor reception. Very non-chalant saleswoman does not want to sell and allows herself to make reflections I quote “you are complicated”. Second saleswoman who comes to ask if everything is going well and who whispers in this one's ear "you've been with her for 30 minutes, it's good there". Not the first time I have had a bad experience at this store.
