A coffee shop in center of Lyon and easy to find. Their speciality is chocolate but when I want a coffee they were willing to do it for me. It’s a good place to meet friends or just want to enjoy chocolate. The price is reasonable. The staff is friendly. You’ve to come here if you love chocolate.

If you think you had the best hot chocolate of your life, you definitely did not go to this absolutely amazing spot. I thought I knew what good hot chocolate tastes like but I was totally wrong. This is chocolate heaven. It's creamy, it's heavy and it's the pure taste of chocolate. No added sugars, just pure hot chocolate and great food (try the Cheesecake!). This is a hidden gem of Lyon for sure.

This cozy cafe is on a quiet side street, with plenty of seating and a welcoming environment. The owners were very friendly and helpful at explaining the different chocolate options. Also they are vegan friendly and have oat milk! I hope they'll add some more inventive drinks to their menu, especially some sort of coffee / hot chocolate mix. But they seemed willing to make drinks that aren't necessarily on the menu, so you just have to ask.

Comfortable and inviting space, ideal for enjoying a nice hot chocolate solo or with friends. You will find several origins and styles of chocolate to enjoy as well as some house creations. Prices are very reasonable, ranging from 4,5 - 7€. They also serve coffee from a local roaster, Placid. Additionally, they have a small selection of teas. For the non-coffee, chocolate, tea individual, you will also find a selection of fruit juices (bottled and fresh squeezed), and homemade lemonade. The dessert options include waffles, a cookie bowl, cheesecake, cookies, tartes, and a gluten free amandier. Within the shop there is also a small boutique area where you can purchase several types of chocolate bars and a small assortment of chocolates sold by weight. During my visit I had the Spanish hot chocolate that came with a waffle, and a V60 coffee. The hot chocolate was good, nice and smooth at first, with good flavor and body, but as it cooled became a little too fluffy and airy for my tastes. The V60 was difficult for me to appreciate. I found the coffee to be very bitter, sour, and lacking body. This is more of a result of the roasting style rather the method of preparation. Nevertheless, I definitely would recommend a visit for individuals that enjoy a good hot chocolate. This location does have accessibility issues in terms of seating and toilet access, but lacks accommodations for individuals with infants.

Incredible experience! Who knew chocolate could be so aromatic and delicious. It's like tasting good wine. Our new favourite place in Lyon.

A gem of a spot. I stumbled upon it wandering through an alley in Lyon and I’m so glad I did. The cafe itself is very cozy and busy, but in a good way. Very friendly service by the knowledgeable barista who recommended his favorite hot chocolate. I enjoyed learning about the type of chocolate, origin, and features from him. It was the best chocolate I have ever tasted in my life, let alone in a hot chocolate. The flavors, the tasting notes, the portion size, and the presentation made it one of the best, if not the best, stops of my visit to Lyon.

Walked past randomly and thought to go in. I got the chai - for 5.90e it’s pretty steep but honestly delicious!!!! Sooo yummy and silky Not too sweet either ;) although I have a sweet tooth so take that with a pinch of...salt (?)

Perfect place for chocolate lovers. Hot chocolates from all over the world, chocolate cocktails (do try the Basil, Strawberry & Chocolate one as it is my favourite) and great cakes as s well

It's nothing like the pictures. There isn't even a place to sit.

👍👍 The most important piece of advice is to skip the long queue and sit down to order your delicious ice-cream. There was a vast variety of flavours and some were very unusual and original. Though it was quite expensive I would definitely recommend it as a novel and unforgettable ice cream experience!!
