Very very nice and friendly family operating this restaurant. The Pho Dak Beit was the best Pho ive had since moving to europe. They even had spicy fresh chilies upon request. Im not a fan of the area but this restaurant is worth the risk.

Very delicious pho. We came because it seemed to be the best place to offer pho in lyon and we were not let down! The beef balls were amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and polite and we got our orders pretty quickly. I would return again!

Lovely family run restaurant in Lyon. Good food and very filling. Busy for lunch and the staff were really attentive. Prices overall were decent. Had a starter to share and two mains plus drinks. Came to just over €40. Would recommend the Beef Pho. You get three different types of beef and the broth was excellent.

As authentic and delicious as Vietnamese cuisine gets😋😋 The portions are generous and the dishes are made like how my own Vietnamese grandma cooked them. The service is super friendly and attentive, making this spot a great staple to Lyon’s food scene.

We are pho lovers and Pho 69 do serve the best pho we've had to date. The chicken pho soup was well balanced with just enough aromatics. Generous portion of chicken meat and they tasted fresh and tender. Both raw+cooked beef pho and stir fried beef pho were just as delicious. Could taste the char (stir fry) taste in the soup in the stir fried beef pho. Mango salad and chicken wings were scrumptious too. The talented chef was able to create well balance taste of saltiness, sweetness and sourness. Perfecto😋 . Set your expectations right. This is not a fast food restaurant nor fine dining. It's a small and casual family owned restaurant with limited resources. The restaurant incl its toilet is clean. Both waitresses were attentive. The more senior waitress was kind to inform us to check out their English menu on Google map. It has food pictures and easier to understand than the physical French menu. She was also very helpful when we asked for more info. We appreciate her recommendations as we enjoyed everything we ordered including the soursop frappe. We highly recommend Pho 69 for authentic Vietnamese food.

Must stop location for Lyon. If you want to try delicious Pho, make sure you visit Pho 69. Coming from California, Los Angeles, we have hundreds of Vietnamese/pho restaurants and hands down Pho 69 would be a top choice. We ordered the chicken wing appetizer which smelled delicious and tasted great. I ordered the house Pho and my wife ordered what was stir-fried beef with a side of rice. Delicious meal. The lady running the store spoke excellent English and was extremely friendly.

I am from California, we have about 1 Thai or Vietnamese restaurant per 2 blocks in my city & this was the BEST pad Thai I have ever had 100% recommend! :) Great customer service too, everyone speaks English as well

Super My absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant in probably all of France! The flavors of each dish are super authentic. The staff is really lovely and the owner takes a lot of pride in using fresh and quality ingredients. I took a Vietnamese friend to this restaurant and she loved it. What the pho! Superb! We were roaming around and accidentally found this wonderful place. The taste is authentic! I love the soup and vetnamese coffee, pork spring rolls are slightly smaller in general. But, it was all homemade instead of using frozen products! Will come back soon!

As an Asian, I think they have the best pho in France (that I have tried). They gave a generous portion of meat in the pho and you can ask for chilli on the side if it's not spicy enough! They are very nice and efficient in the service.

I’ve been to Vietnam multiple times so I know legit Vietnamese food. Of course Viet food in Europe is never going to be 100% like in the motherland. Banh cuon - wrapping could have been more smooth but loved the dish. Came out super hot which I love. It goes perfect with the nuoc cham (fish sauce) Bun mam - fermented fish broth soup with noodles - haven’t seen this dish on a menu outside of the USA or Vietnam. Had a good amount of toppings like shrimp, fish balls, pork. Broth was flavorful and satisfying Pho 69 is a great family owned Vietnamese restaurant. Open during the summer break too!

Really lovely family run Vietnamese restaurant on a quiet Lyon street. I recommend the banh cuon and bun bo hue. Luc loc also looked good but I didn’t have enough stomach real estate. Go when you need a break from the heavier French flavors.

Good pho, pat thai little salty n i found mini squid bone in food so bad😨 but it's ok. And i m curious mango juice was not yellow😨 color just white color. is it possible?😒

As an asian, I think this place has one of the best beef pho in the world. We didn't expect it's that good. That's why we went there twice in three days. And the staff there was so nice.
