Very DISAPPOINTED with their service. I had signed up just before traveling in March 2020, which I’d communicated well, so they said okay sign up now, pay the money, we will start your membership once you come back. I come back and it was the confinement so the gym closed. This was unexpected for everyone but they deducted money from my bank account for that month’s membership even though I didn’t get to use even a single day of it (because again, they were closed). I asked if they could refund me the money given it was a special situation, nobody expected the pandemic and nobody knew when they would reopen, and because they had actually taken the money BEFORE the date we had agreed on; I was supposed to start my membership March 16th, they took the money in the FIRST HALF of the month, and their reason is this is their charge date for everyone, it’s uniform, which I understand, but then again, I didn’t get to use the gym, they were closed when I was supposed to start it. They keep telling me “There’s nothing we can do, those are our rules” I find this INCONSIDERATE and UNETHICAL, like, “rules are rules, we don’t care if we have almost 250 euros of your money and you didn’t even get a single day’s use out of it”. My advice to everyone is to be very careful when signing up. They’re really friendly at that stage of course, but be aware that they’re very INFLEXIBLE even in this time of pandemic. I no longer work in the same city (because of pandemic), have to pay even more for the train to use their gym, so what I paid is lost money. Give yours ONLY when you are absolutely sure you’re going to be able to use the gym and you’re going to be in the same city. update: They replied to this review saying they would like to speak to me. I gave them my phone number and email. "We will contact you as soon as possible" they said. It is now MORE THAN TWO WEEKS later and I haven't heard a single word from anyone from their company. Apparently they only post these replies to show a good image to the public. They care about their image and inviting the public to give their money, but not actually taking care of their clients. I'm normally not someone to talk bad about anyone in public but this was really, really disappointing.

10 minutes late, because despite work I really wanted to be there. But I don't want pay money to be "kindly allowed" to participate and to be lectured by the stuff like I am a primary school student. Gym is a service not a school. And I am a client, even when it's France.

The gym was ok but still not worth 35 euros for a short workout. For that price I was expecting more. A much bigger worout area with more machines and equipment to chose from.

You won’t be allowed to train with a cap on - when I asked for the reason, they said it was to maintain a certain “standard” - oh so you wanna be discriminatory? I’d keep my money and sign up elsewhere. When I asked to get a refund (which I paid in full with a credit card the same day) they wouldn’t return my money back on my card. I had to submit bank details so they would wire the money- what a hassle. Stay away from this place.

Designed for safety and ease of use. A good, very clean gym. The exercise machines are all Technogym and reasonably new. There is always, always someone at the desk when you come in even though you are checked in with a swipe of a card at a turnstyle. My wife and I are usually there when they open the doors and find the people working out to be more focused and intent on their training than other gyms. It isn't very different from US gyms, except for an emphasis on cleanliness, for example, you must change to shoes that you don't wear on the street, so you don't bring in any dirt. You have to drape the machines with towels before using them. It confused me at first but I kind of like not getting on sweaty machines. Also, French law/culture requires form fitting swimsuits for men, no baggies or surfing trunks are allowed. Speedos are not required but spandex is. Downsides - there is no space set aside for carries, sleds/tires, etc. The classroom space is off-limits when there is no class being held so that vast open space can't be used for bodyweight sets, carries or rope jumping. The showers operate by push buttons that timeout quickly and the water is chilly. Depending on who chooses the music it ranges from excellent, pulsing techno with a great cardio beat, to depressing ballads of unrequited love or occasionally obscenity filled Hip-hop. So there is room for improvement, but Wellness is a safe, clean, well-equipped and well-managed place with diligent employees and an interesting clientele.

One of the two gyms in the area, and i have been a client here for around 5 years now. It's not perfect, but suits my needs. It becomes extremely crowded in the rush hours, but I usually come outside of those. Between 9.30 and 12 and then between 14 and 16.30 is usually quiet. See photos for Wednsday around 10am. It has a lot of weight machines, free weights are present also, two machines for bench press, plus two inclined, quite a number of barbells for squat or deadlift, bars and parallel bars. There dumbells line is limited to a very modest 36 kg though. In brief that's the gym that bets on middle-aged well-to-do men and women who want to get in reasonable shape and ready to pay 50 euros for an individual training session. If you don't pay a coach he won't lift a finger to correct your technique even if it might cause an injury. PS. They also have group sessions, but that is of no interest to me so I never tried them.

I always subscribed to gyms but failed to attend because they were too boring. here, I was not interested to the courses and I mentioned it to the staff. I attended to one of the the courses just for curiosity and I am addicted! fun. professional. Awesome staffs. Wonderful coaches. lots of variety and great time table. Worth each second of your time spending here. absolutely love it.
