Emergencies
pavilion
N,
TO
FLEE
!!!
Please
take
2
minutes
to
read
what
I
have
just
experienced
in
the
midst
of
a
pandemic,
it
is
just
INADMISSIBLE.
On
19.11.20
at
6
am
I
decide
to
go
to
the
emergency
room
of
HCL
Édouard
Herriot
because
for
several
days
I
have
had
abdominal
pain.
I
was
admitted
pavilion
N
after
having
been
heard
by
doctors,
nursing
assistants,
interns
(I
put
in
the
plural
because
a
parade
in
all
contact
with
more
than
7
interlocutors)
I
explains
my
symptoms
the
pain
that
appears
in
the
morning
around
4h
and
disappears
around
11h,
I
explain
that
it
is
not
a
problem
with
an
accident
because
I
know
this
problem
too
well.
But
no
one
listens
to
me
and
they
only
do
an
analysis
with
a
cardiograph
dating
from
the
Second
World
War,
a
blood
test
and
put
on
an
infusion
(Omeprazole).
4
hours
later
I
am
released
with
a
prescription
for
Omeprazole,
Gaviscon,
and
Paracetamol.
Bad
luck,
the
pain
is
still
there
the
next
day
and
the
following
days.
I
returned
to
the
same
emergency
room
7
days
later
and
I
was
received
at
the
reception
by
a
cold
and
condescending
person
where
I
explained
my
situation,
I
was
told
to
go
see
my
attending
physician,
for
info
he
died
of
COVID
in
exercising
and
I
have
not
found
a
replacement
(Peace
to
his
soul).
I
show
him
a
document
provided
by
their
service
where
it
is
noted
in
bold
if
after
48
hours
the
pain
is
still
there,
come
back
to
the
emergency
room.
In
short,
after
a
deaf
speech
that
lasted
several
minutes,
I
was
accepted
and
told
to
wait
in
the
EMPTY
waiting
room
after
45
minutes
of
waiting
and
seeing
the
parade
of
nursing
staff
passing
in
front
of
me,
I
was
surprised
to
note
that
patients
and
staff
of
the
establishment
do
not
wear
MASKS
!!!
(no
need
to
provide
you
with
PROOF,
I
prefer
to
keep
it
to
myself).
So
I
go
to
the
reception
and
ask
if
there
is
more
for
LONG?
there,
the
caregiver
WITHOUT
MASK
answers
me
dryly
YES
EVEN
MORE
D
1H.
I
decide
to
leave
by
warning
the
reception.
INCREDIBLE,
I
go
directly
to
the
MEDIPOLE
emergency
room
and
I
am
received
directly
by
a
nurse
and
the
doctor,
they
give
me
the
various
analyzes
in
a
few
minutes
+
an
ECOGRAPHY
and
SURPRISE,
the
doctor
finds
stones
in
the
Gallbladder
(including
a
very
large
which
is
a
concern).
Review
of
my
story
I
have
surgery
next
week
in
Emergency.
FYI
the
stones
can
get
out
of
place
and
cause
big
damage
so
it's
best
to
deal
with
them
as
soon
as
you
know
it.
Here
is
the
big
difference
between
the
Public
and
Private
health
service,
we
say
health
is
priceless,
take
into
account
that
it
is
your
health,
your
life,
others
will
not
want
to
pay
for
you
(Public
Services
limit
all
costly
analyzes
to
avoid
costs
to
the
state
so
your
mutual
and
complementary
health
insurance
is
useless
there
as
much
to
go
in
the
private
sector
I
advise
you).
In
short,
fortunately,
there
are
still
establishments
with
attentive,
professional,
humane
and
empathetic
staff.

SVP

ce
que
je
viens
de
vivre
en
pleine
pandémie,
c
est
juste
INADMISSIBLE.
Le
19.11.20
a
6h
du
matin
je
décide
de
partir
aux
urgences
du
HCL
Édouard
Herriot
car
depuis
plusieurs
jours
j'ai
des
douleurs
abdominales
.
J'ai
été
admis
pavillon
N
après
avoir
été
entendu
par
des
médecins,
aides
soignants,internes
(je
met
au
pluriel
car
un
défilé
en
tout

j
explique
mes
symptômes
la
douleur
qui
apparaît
le
matin
au
environ
de
4h
et
disparaît
vers
11h,
j'explique
que
ce
n'est
pas
des
problèmes
de
remontée
accide
car
je
connais
trop
bien
ce
problème.
Mais
on
ne
m'écoute
pas
et
on
me
fait
uniquement
une
analyse
avec
un
cardiographe
qui
date
de
la
seconde
guerre
mondiale,
une
prise
de
sang
et
mis
sous
perfusion
(
Omeprazole).
4h
plutard
on
me
relâche
avec
une
ordonnance
pour
Omeprazole,
Gaviscon,
et
Paracetamol.
Manque
de
chance,
la
douleur
est
toujours
là
le
lendemain
et
les
jours
suivants.
Je
retourne
aux
mêmes
urgences
7
jours
plutard
et
je
suis
reçu
à
l'accueil
par
une
personne
froide
et
condescendante
où
j'explique
m'a
situation,
on
me
répond
d'aller
voir
mon
médecin
traitant,
pour
info
il
est
mort
du
COVID
en
exerçant
et
je
n'ai
pas
trouvé
un
remplaçant
(Paix
à
son
âme).
Je
lui
montre
un
document
fournis
par
leur
service
ou
il
est
noté
en
gras
si
après
48h
la
douleur
est
toujours
là,
revenir
aux
urgences.
Bref
après
un
discours
de
sourd
qui
a
duré
plusieurs
minutes,
on
m
accepte
et
on
me
dit
d
attendre
dans
la
salle
d'attente
VIDE
après
45
mn
d
attente
et
en
voyant
le
défilé
de
personnel
soignants
qui
passe
devant
moi,
je
suis
surpris
de
constater
que
des
patients
et
personnels
de
l'établissement
ne
portent
pas
de
MASQUES
!!!
(pas
besoin
de
vous
fournir
la
PREUVE,
je
préfère
garder
pour
moi).
Je
vais
donc
à
l
accueil
et
demande
si
il
y
en
à
encore
pour
LONGTEMPS
?
là,
l'aide
soignante
SANS
MASQUE
me
répond
sèchement
OUI
ENCORE
PLUS
D
1H.
Je
décide
de
partir
en
prévenant
l
accueil.
INCROYABLE,
je
part
directement
aux
urgences
de
MEDIPOLE
et
je
suis
reçu
directement
par
une
infermiere
et
le
médecin,
ils
me
font
en
quelques
minutes
les
différents
analyses
+
une
ECOGRAPHIE
et
SURPRISE,
le
médecin
constat
des
calculs
à
la
Vésicule
biliaire
(dont
un
très
gros
qui
pose
un
souci
).
Bilan
de
mon
histoire
je
me
fait
opérer
la
semaine
prochaine
en
Urgence.
Pour
info
les
calculs
peuvent
se
déplacés
et
causés
de
gros
dégâts
donc
il
vaut
mieux
s'en
occuper
dès
que
vous
le
savez
.
Voici
la
grande
différence
entre
le
service
de
santé
Publique
et
Privé,
on
dit
la
santé
n'as
pas
de
prix,
prenez
en
compte
que
c'est
votre
santé,
votre
vie,
les
autres
ne
voudrons
pas
payer
pour
vous
(
Services
Publiques

frais

l'état

et
complémentaire

servent
à
rien
la
bas
autant

.
Bref
heureusement
qu'il
y
a
encore
des
établissements
avec
du
personnel
à
l'écoute,professionnels,
humains
et
ayant
de
l'empathie.
