I
would
like
to
share
one
of
the
most
humiliating
situations
that
I
have
had
to
experience
in
my
life.
I
decide
to
testify
here,
hoping
that
this
will
not
happen
again
with
any
patient.
I
give
1
star
and
if
I
could
I
would
give
0!
I
go
to
reception,
to
the
secretariat.
An
error
occurred
with
my
appointment,
I
did
not
receive
any
SMS
requesting
confirmation,
subsequently
I
sent
an
email
to
confirm
my
appointment,
but
this
was
not
taken
into
account,
so
be
careful,
be
vigilant.
I
arrived
at
reception
and
was
told
that
there
were
no
appointments
registered
and
therefore
no
possibility
of
taking
me.
It
was
a
meeting
I
had
been
waiting
for
for
so
long!
I
therefore
asked
for
a
solution
to
be
found
while
remaining
very
cordial.
I
never
dared
to
raise
my
voice
out
of
respect
for
professionals
and
their
work.
On
the
other
hand,
I
found
myself
faced
with
two
secretaries
who
had
no
shame
in
raising
their
voices
at
me,
as
well
as
my
mother
who
was
present.
Madam
secretary
tells
me
“there
are
more
serious
things
in
life”
I
tell
her
that
we
are
talking
about
health
and
that
we
cannot
say
such
things.
Madame
compares
the
reason
for
my
appointment
(suspected
illness)
with
other
illnesses
that
she
considers
“more
serious”.
How
can
we
dare
to
compare
or
even
make
a
diagnosis
without
even
having
a
review
of
my
MRI?
And
even
if,
in
fact,
there
are
more
serious
illnesses,
the
professional
posture
leaves
something
to
be
desired
as
does
professional
secrecy.
Madam
tells
us
that
she
is
not
interested
in
what
we
say
to
her,
because
I
quote
“I
have
better
things
to
do,
a
lot
of
work”,
but
listening
is
one
of
your
skills
as
a
medical
secretary,
obviously,
this
was
not
acquired.
Madame
explains
that
she
is
overwhelmed
by
her
work,
she
reveals
her
personal
life
to
us.
Know
that,
we
are
all
human
beings
and
all
have
difficulties
in
our
lives.
We
go
to
your
clinic
for
health
problems
and
it's
not
a
pleasure
to
be
there
either,
if
I
could
do
it
any
other
way
I
wouldn't
be
here.
On
the
other
hand,
changing
jobs
is
entirely
possible!
Ms.
would
like
to
set
up
a
new
appointment
for
me.
I
am
in
tears,
indignant,
I
say
I
no
longer
want
to
come
in
view
of
his
behavior,
Madame
takes
my
documents
and
throws
them
in
my
face
like
nothing.
Furthermore,
Ms.
dared
to
pass
judgment
on
me.
I
have
never
seen
so
much
lack
of
professionalism.
I
consider
this
extremely
violent,
and
a
lack
of
respect
of
the
highest
order.
Without
forgetting
the
impact
that
these
words,
his
behavior,
could
have
subsequently
generated.
I
hope
this
won't
happen
again,
in
any
case,
I
won't
set
foot
there
again
and
the
same
goes
for
my
loved
ones.
