    We came with my partner to organize a trip to Bali. Before our arrival we took care to make an appointment so as not to be blocked by time for the organization of our trip. To our great surprise when entering the agency no one said hello to us or even glanced at us. THE only advisor present completely ignored us for more than 20 minutes. THANK YOU for your punctuality and good humor. Finally, during the presentation of our project (desire to do diving and hiking in Bali) it told us that it was absolutely not the right destination because in Bali, supposedly we cannot do either diving or hiking... Finally she strongly suggested that we leave the agency and come back with a project that held up. I do not recommend this agency at all!     VERY POOR SKILLS AGENCY! While traveling in the United States we had a lot of problems. some hotel nights which were supposed to be reserved for 4 people, turned into sleeping for 2, sleeping on the floor or 4 in a large bed! The airport/hotel transfer not planned, although well agreed and paid for... and the worst, 2 nights in hotels absolutely not booked! we had to pay for hotel nights again!! We came back 1 month ago and still haven't had any refunds or answers. Basically... we're getting by, we've paid! too bad for us! A piece of advice, especially avoid this agency
