Store overcrowded but empty cashiers. Extremely disorganised

Whilst the staff here were friendly and pleasant to talk to it seemed that most of them weren't trained in the job. I had to ask for my shoes more than 5 times before I actually received them. We were hoping to pop into store and buy some shoes quickly but it literally took more than one hour. There was a girl who seemed to understand the job very well and she was balancing the mistakes from all the other staff. The store is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly but if you want fast and efficient service I suggest shopping elsewhere.

I selected a shoes of 42 size but they could not find the other pair in their storage while kept me waiting, wasted my time.
