[A
long
story
but
worth
reading.
The
moral
of
the
story
is
that
we
must
recognize
that
poor
quality
always
ends
up
disappointing
us]
Used
to
the
Sometimes
store
for
almost
4
years,
I
very
regularly
buy
all
of
my
bags
and
jewelry
here
for
my
loved
ones
and
myself.
Today,
a
big
disappointment
from
the
store.
We
are
told
that
they
are
supposedly
making
a
"gesture"
by
exchanging
a
defective
watch
purchased
last
December
and
still
under
warranty
(against
a
watch
that
is
absolutely
nothing
like
the
first).
The
initial
watch
has
been
worn
twice
and
the
screen
has
become
almost
invisible.
We
first
decide
to
take
the
watch
back
to
a
very
competent
watchmaker.
He
explains
to
us
that
he
cannot
change
the
window
and
that
in
reality
it
is
a
major
manufacturing
defect,
that
the
window
was
poorly
fixed,
that
by
opening
everything
will
break
and
that
the
air
passes
and
brings
in
dust.
Thus
the
window
and
the
mechanics
are
affected.
Fortunately,
having
a
guarantee
at
Sometimes
we
decide
to
bring
the
watch
back!
Firstly
we
are
told
that
the
warranty
will
not
work
because
it
is
not
a
“mechanical”
problem.
We
explain
that
this
is
a
manufacturing
defect
confirmed
by
a
watchmaker.
But
a
priori
manufacturing
defects
are
not
part
of
the
warranty
at
Sometimes...
WHAT
A
GOOD
JOKE.
Secondly,
we
brought
back
the
watch,
the
box,
the
warranty
and
the
bar
code
which
was
slipped
into
the
box
to
find
the
purchase
(I
was
not
given
a
ticket,
the
bar
code
was
supposedly
sufficient).
OR
THIS
IS
NOT
ENOUGH.
We
were
asked
to
provide
the
EXACT
DATE
OF
PURCHASE
as
well
as
the
EXACT
AMOUNT
of
this
purchase.
Ashamed
given
that
it
was
a
gift,
I
had
to
give
the
amount
of
the
gift
to
my
mother...
Fortunately,
being
very
organized
for
my
part,
I
had
the
date
and
the
exact
amount
of
my
purchases
that
day:
12/19/19
at
7
p.m.
for
53.96
E.
It
is
ONLY
with
this
information
that
the
seller
finally
found
the
purchase
and
made
the
warranty
work
(which
I
remind
you
does
not
supposedly
work).
So
the
company
supposedly
made
us
"a
commercial
gesture"
after
so
much
difficulty
in
getting
a
defective
purchase
exchanged...
How
ironic.
What
about
a
person
who
does
not
have
access
to
such
information
regarding
their
purchase?
Finally,
I
buy
here
very
often.
However,
the
bags
have
defects
in
the
zippers
(3
bags
were
no
longer
usable
after
a
year
and
they
are
currently
rotting
in
my
closet
because
of
this
defect).
I
mentioned
this
regularly
to
the
sellers
but
in
itself,
I
always
closed
my
eyes
and
continued
to
consume
because
everything
is
very
pretty
and
the
sellers
are
friendly.
However,
you
shouldn't
expect
luxury
for
the
price...
You
will
have
understood
from
all
this
that
I
am
extremely
disappointed
by
this
lack
of
quality
but
above
all
of
professionalism.
When
we
produce
defective
items
(made
in
China,
probably
by
starving
children),
we
must
at
least
have
the
decency
to
reimburse
customers
and
not
make
them
believe
that
we
are
very
nice
and
that
the
exchange
of
a
article
relates
to
an
exceptional
event.
Ps:
Apparently
the
brand
is
Portuguese.
If
the
commentary
in
French
is
not
understandable
for
the
managers,
I
will
be
happy
to
translate
it
being
bilingual.
When
you
have
something
to
do,
hear
us
quickly!
Good
luck
to
the
saleswomen
(kind
and
polite;
not
the
others)
who
are
only
the
weak
link
in
the
chain
and
who
then,
despite
themselves,
suffer
the
thunderbolt
of
dissatisfied
customers.
It
is
now
certain
that
I
will
cease
all
purchases
from
this
brand
and
that
I
would
not
hesitate
to
invite
my
large
network
to
do
the
same.
