Slowest fast food in Lyon that’s for sure…. 1h30 waiting with 3 employees looking like they aren’t even working… 1h30 for 40 orders to be done in a fast food… pretty unbelievable

Sure it is highly recommended with nature of it's clean environment, uncrowded onsite service and different kind of meal served. It equally has a self-service electronic device for placing your order onsite. You can try to check on it yourself today

It's horrible. The floor was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the food was cold and tasted like plastic. The coffee was like a colored water

Those were not the best burger king burgers. How can one manage to serve you a less then warm meal when eating on site?

Verry dirty tables and floor, there is no way you can go into the toilet because of the smell of it and the workers are always angry all the time which is bothering so im really disappointed with this service i mean its an international restaurant they should really get it together

I have mixed arguments for this place. Sometimes its clean and the service is great. But mostly it's dirty, service is bad and not well kept. It's a pitty because some of the staff are very good and the image of bk is tarnished by the lack of cleanness...

I ordered the wrap chicken cheese and didn’t regret my choice. I then ordered king’s fusion based on Imen’s super recommendation. Overall, it was a top experience : delicious food, good atmosphere and super service.

It gives you what you expect. There is a nice playing area for kids

I just moved here and i had my first meal in this branch. The food was DELICIOUS. MOREOVER Imen was the best employee here, helping me with the order and just overall being the nice person. I will definitely become a regular in this branch
