Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly welcoming service and able to leave our bags for a few hours untill our flight.

I booked here for two days in May 2018. I liked the hotel (and Lyon) so much, I decided to stay for a week. Overall, I thought the friendliness and service by the staff was exceptional, and probably some of the best service I have received in any hotel in the world. Bed was super-comfortable and having a Nespresso machine was handy. Highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff.

Very clean and good quality accommodation and very helpful and friendly staff

Really happy with this hotel. The staff was super helpful and nice. The A/C did not work very well in one of our room but the staff found another room for us, which was super nice of them to do. Everything super clean, comfortable bed (no luxury though), blinders for windows, good fridge, good gym (super hot inside though). The only negative point was only two toilet paper rolls for our two day stay for a family of 4 and it was pretty hard to get into the parking garage without damaging the car.

I stayed here for a few days on vacation. What I liked: + Staff were friendly + Location is pretty good (there are restaurants nearby, and public transport is 10 min by walk) + Rooms are big and spacious + Very well stocked rooms - you can pretty much cook your meals, press your clothes and live like a small studio apartment + We could extend our room by 2 hours to check out without much hassle What I disliked: - Room was too hot, and the heating system was hard to adjust - The bed was okay, it was a little springy and hard

Friendly staff and very welcoming. Because they made a mistake in the reservations they offered us the breakfast and the parking. I recommend this place if you are visiting Lyon and you want an easy place to stay not far from the city centre.

at first, they claim'that your card is not accepted, and that you must update it in the coming 2 hours. when you get there, they tell you to pay a 100euros fee for a mediocre appartement as a caution (guarantee) in addition to the fees of your stay. the appartement was not at all perfect, for the paintibgs of the wall untill the defected spot lights to the not working microwave... the next day, i decide to leave, and i want my money back( the 100euros guarentee), but no, they said you cant have it untill the maid pass and validate that all is good. Now almost one week passed and my 100euros did not return!!! this was an awful experience, and i do not recommand it at all. by the way, do not order the breakfast, it s not woth it's price.

Excelent hotel for the price. Very friendly staff. The room a pretty big, clean and modern. There is a fridge and you can make tea and coffee. You could even cook a meal. Staff are nice too. The hotel had a small gym and a parking garage (we drive a classic car so that is important for us)
