The Fontaine Gailleton is a very beautiful fountain in Lyon, the water flows and falls as if a song was coming out of these bowels, with the lights of the night, we have the impression that the water is multicolored, to absolutely see their de your visit to the metropolis!!

Place du Docteur Gailleton sculpted by André Vermare. A public pump distributed water to the population as early as 1777 when the square was created. Today, the water jets of the square draw their arabesques and play a charming concert. We saw this fountain during the day without having time to return at night to appreciate its colors. Do not hesitate to modify your visit itinerary to take advantage of its amenities.

Installed in 2005, the fountain features interactive “jumping jets”. Installed on the quay side near the road, and floodlit at night, several jets of water shoot out of the ground intermittently and form arcs approx. 2 m high must seen in Lyon
