very small store with all the core products of the company. Due to the size, I only attempt to enter on weekdays when I know I want get crowded by all the shoppers. Staff is attentive and helpful.

Excellent welcome, super cool price because the store is moving. Go there very quickly.... Still a choice during my visit. So for those who like Timberlands don't hesitate... my pair paid 66euro instead of 220euro, or 70% reduction...

While passing through Lyon I stopped at this store to offer a pair of Timberlands to my husband.. I was delighted with the welcome this store offered.. a very good mark for the saleswomen, and particularly for a little young girl who welcomed me with a lovely smile and total dedication to her job..👌👌

Salespeople as graceful as prison doors and not commercial at all with customers: "you're starting to piss me off" when I came to ask for a reduction provided by Part Dieu. No solution sought for customer satisfaction. I think they should change careers if customers “puff” them up. Reception that leaves something to be desired. Fortunately the products are of very good quality.

The Timberland store is my favorite at Part Dieu. The brand offers excellent, quality products that can be kept for several years. I especially love their shoes! It's the only brand (or almost) that I wear :) The sellers are very nice and have good advice. Very accommodating, if pair purchased too small (or too large), we can exchange them. No hard sell (this is rare these days and deserves to be commended). The salespeople love their work and it shows!

Convenient and well located store.. Very involved saleswoman, especially a recent arrival, a very pleasant young intern who takes her work very seriously. Very good recruitment... I'll spread the word
