I've been eating in top restaurants throughout the world and this is one of the best restaurants we've been to, period. If you're into food that can surprise you, and you're looking for a real culinary experience, go there.

Absolutely great experience! There was only one menu, created by the chef, and it was almost perfect. The food is prepared with professional skill and the taste world gently tickles the taste buds. The wine package was carefully thought out and worked flawlessly with the portions. The service is friendly and knowledgeable. Goes to the top of Lyon's restaurants. A very warm and strong recommendation.

Really enjoyed our meal here and despite the high price tag I found it good value for money. We had 5 courses for 66euro with the option of 4 matching wines for 39euro. All the courses were beautifully cooked and presented and were a delicious mix of French with a clear Japanese influence. Service was really friendly and as we speak English and French we told the staff they could serve us in which ever language they wanted. We had half our meal described in English and half in French with full enthusiasm. Was apprehensive about having no choice over what was served, even more so when there were a number of dishes I'd not normally order were served up. Thankfully the food was so well cooked that this didn't matter. Lots of the produce was organic and at the end of the meal we could take home a copy of the menu. The coffee here was also really good, which believe it or not is rarely the case at fine dining restaurants. Hopefully we will have an excuse to return!

One could expect more copious dishes (the plate is already finished after the first bite!) but food was good overall, and coherent with this acidic note present in most dishes I ate. Special mention for the apricot dessert which I truly loved ! I was late that day and wished I could have arrived earlier to taste the first dishes in the dinner menu… Atmosphere was fine, service was discreet yet efficient.

Beautiful dining experience. Really playful and rebellious without ever veering into crass or gimmicks. The scallops might have been the best thing we ate in Lyon. Absolutely loved the aesthetic too, the integration of the art and the space was really well executed.

The "mystery" tasting menu was interesting and fun to say the least. The flavors were cohesive, and the wine pairing worked well. There was use of an ingredient (pine) that we did not enjoy, but they seem to be receptive to our suggestion. We loved our experience as a whole! Deserves their star.

Every single morsel that hit our taste buds was out of this world. Textures, tastes, smells, presentation - this list goes on and on. Exceeded every expectation, and the expectations were high.

Very nice concept where you get the food without description and try to guess (they tell you afterwards!). Wine pairing was on spot and the creativity is amazing. The cheese dish was just amazing, I would recommend it.

Simply put, understated elegance in both the ambiance and food! All the dishes tasted amazing and you can see a lot of creativity in each of the dishes as there were so many elements! The Ikejimi fish was outstanding as was the lobster. Staff was attentive and kind!
