Very tasty, excellent quality meat, with its own butcher but pretty awful serbice. The butcher's shop is opposite and the restaurant is sandwiched between a boulangerie, whose bread they serve, and a cheese shop, who is responsible for the cheese plate. The steak was very good, but woefully underdone for two of our party. Despite explaining how we'd like meat cooked, one person had to send their meat back twice. The staff were always pleasant about it, but it's a shame it took so many goes, despite the initial discussion upon ordering. The waitress who joined in our personal conversation about divorce and children and commented how sad we were making her slightly creeped us out - not sure I enjoy the 4th wall between wait staff and customers being breeched!

Fantastic. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They helped my family and I select the perfect steaks and an excellent wine pairing. This was the best meal we had in France!

I came here for the meat, not for the atmosphere or else. The meat is presented raw before the cooking with detailed information about the origin and the cut. In the good season, seats are available on the curb but do not expect a special atmosphere or special cutlery in silver. The quality of the meat is, on the contrary, at its best levels

Finally a proper UK/US steakhouse in France AND they know exactly how to cook it PERFECTLY. Had lunch here with a friend a few weeks ago and the steaks were absolutely fantastic (and we certainly tried a few). Very impressive range of different beef races; Galician (famous and off the charts good), Limousin, Wagyu etc, different sizes for sharing or individual. The platter of bellotta ham to start got the lunch away perfectly. Excellent wine list as well and the team all speak great English.

Very tasty food and great service! A dinner for two with two starters (pate and pork gyoza), one meet main dish, one dessert and bottle of wine amounted to 120 euro. The amount of food was even too much for us.

Great steak joint, with the finest beef cuts. Was actually equally surprised by the quality of the sides. Only downer..... no room for what looked like amazing desserts!

The food may be good, but we didn’t eat here. We had an 8pm reservation on a Friday for two people and we were sat at a 6 top table which for anyone travelling in France knows that’s a bad sign. Within 30 seconds 3 waiters had come by. The space is open and noisy (and it wasn’t busy) and had glaring spotlights (I think for the insta photos). The food was incredibly expensive. We sat, looked at their laminated menu, and left. We went back to a restaurant we had been to the night before (and had 3 courses and a bottle of wine for the cost of the smallest steak at BLO) and they welcomed us warmly to sneak in for a quick dinner. I would avoid.

Very professional service, all staff were really hospitable and ready to make your experience great. Nonetheless, I've tried some of the best aged meats here, excellent quality and cooked to perfection.

Staff were disappointed we didn't phone ahead to to tell them about my nut allergy. Not common practice I'm my experience. Reasonably good steak though.

We had a fabulous dinner here on Wednesday night. We don’t speak French and the staff could not have been more pleasant and fun while walking us through the menu. It was a perfectly thought out meal— bread, a little dresser butter leaf salad, an incredible baked pumpkin/squash custard with a hint of cheese and fries that were out of this world. The steak was perfectly cooked— rare and sliced and presented beautifully. Needless to say it was delicious! Highly recommend. One of the best meals we have had in a long time! Enjoy.

Great choice of meat. The owner is so passionate when he talks about his meat, you just want to try everything. And obviously once you've chosen your meat, he cooks it to perfection. A great experience.
