Very crowded even on week days! The shop is composed of two floors and it's really big! I went there with friends and we had a problem with a product we bought but the staff were nice and patient and dealed with it very well :)

FNAC offer the very good deal price compare to any online store as I always compared the price before buy something. The bose speaker is more cheaper here than any other EU country

Don't want to be in a hurry when trying to buy tickets. Not the fault of the nice lady at the desk, but she was alone doing 3 different jobs and when she asked for help it took about 10 minutes for someone to come along to work with her. Shows how long I had to wait and I'd already been there for 5 minutes

Wonderful customer service! The online shop had messed up my order, but the customer service attendant at this location, Gabriel, took the time to write up an email for me and help get my order fixed within just a week. Super happy of the extra effort put in 😊

a very nice palce where you can find whatever you need relating to books and electronics, but it's often crowded, especially at weekends.

If you are in Lyon and you need anything electronic from an electric razor to a computer you must know about FNAC in Bellacour. It is full-service electronics (and, oddly, a large selection of paperback books both fiction and non-fiction) with knowledgeable staff.

Staff at FNAC is very helpful even if you don't know French. You can find almost everything you need relating to school books and accessories. It is good for home office accessories as well

A great location for a FNAC. I was in the store one weekday morning and there were very few people in the store. I was looking for a 'learn French' book and headed to the top floor. It was difficult to find and I spent a long time searching. The staff were chatting and seemed very happy to work at the store. No one offered help so I scanned the walls in search of the book. I then took the book back downstairs, nagigating around staff having a meeting in the middle of the walkway) to the self service checkouts (which were empty) and checked out quickly. I would return, but do no expect assistance unless you ask.

Very big shop! Where I find everything I'm looking for and more!

The place is very good organized, clean, with clear signs to where everything is. The products variety is ok. And the price range is more on the expensive side. Staff is polite and attentive.

Always a great place to soend a couple of hours looking for books and music.

The layout was a bit unconventional (separate entrance and exit). My online order (a 3 kg book) was handed over to be without any package whatsoever. Other than that it's amazing.
