This
place
broke
my
preexisting
bias
for
all-you-can-eat
hotpot
restaurant.
For
25
euros,
they
offer
variety
of
options.
Beef,
lamb,
beef
stomach,
tofu,
shrimp,
and
octopus
are
all
fresh
and
of
good
quality.
Their
dipping
sauces
are
freshly
made
and
authentic
Chinese
too.
One
thing
I
particularly
appreciate
is
their
hotpot
broth
is
simply
water,
salt,
and
chili
oil,
and
a
few
spices.
No
heavy
MSG,
no
artificial
colors,
smells,
or
flavors.
After
dining,
no
strange
smell
lingering
on
my
clothes.
This
is
not
common
for
hot
pot
restaurants
nowadays.
More
amazingly,
the
French
waiter
was
not
only
polite
and
attentive,
he
spoke
flawless
mandarin
and
even
a
little
bit
of
Korean.
