👍👍 Great place for having a quick meal (with typical homemade spanish food) at affordable price and reasonable quality. I always stop here when travelling to and from Malaga, given its proximity to the Station. Moreover the owner, Miguel is very kind and a lovely person, the service is flawless. Grea... It was the first place we go after flying to Spain, and it's AMAZING!!! Please, tip this guys, we left 5€ tip, and they were like "omg it's so much", but it was just a regular one. The service was excellent, the squids were super fresh and tasty, the beer was cold and the beer mugs were chilled. It was such an excellent experience! I feel sorry we wouldn't have a chance to come back there this time as we are flying back from another city.

Very nice, not pretencious place, offering great choice of fish and frutti di mare. The price was reasonable, food delicious and the people nice and friendly. Thanks, folks! I'll gladly come again:)

One of the best tipical Restaurant in malaga. When you come in can feel the taste of family’s kitchen, with the pencilled menú and very dear staff. Miguel is súper owner, if you want to taste spanish meal is perfect for lunch. Menú entire with one price. Damn, i don’t have a picture! Go for it! Fish, vegetable, tapas casera, pasta… It's like being at home!

You can’t compare this authentic food from a family-owned restaurant with any touristy place, just delicious and so friendly that you will be back again

Fish of the day. Simple and delicious. You're treated like family by the host. It's a bit away from main street, but worth the detour.

A genuine Spanish restaurant and feel. if you come to Malaga, come here. It’s 10pm and we are enjoying fresh seafood. No tourist trap nonsense. Real good, real people.

Wow, absolutely amazing food and service at La maratima, Miguel and Marie-Lou were the perfect hosts, the fish and meat were fantastic. This is a local bar with great hospitality and friendliness without being pretentious! One of the highlights in our stay in Malaga! Thanks for everything Miguel, Marie-Lou ❤️

Great place to eat fish. We enjoyed twice wonderfully prepared sea bass, as well as creme caramel with cheese. The prices are decent, the service is heartwarming . I recommend to clients who prefer quality to luxury .

Good advice and friendly owner. Unfortunately, he is Barcelona fan! :-) The food is home cooking and the wine is good! The cheese flan was excellent! And they have the typical Malaga Muscadet dessert wine... It was it's price worth!

Really likes the food here. We came for lunch and their menu del dia had great choices. Highly recommended! The owner was so nice too. Even with our very limited Spanish, we were able to communicate.

👍👍 El Corte Inglès was a Tailor shop opened in 1890 (The English Court). The present Company bought the Tailor in 1935 and made it into what it is today with stores throughout Spain. What it is, is a very upmarket store, very much like House of Fraser, and very much loved by the Spanish. If you haven’t...

👍👍 I’m a tourist and this is easily one of the best restaurant I’ve ever seen. It has the culture, the atmosphere, the music, THE FOOD. Gosh, bless them for the food they’re making!
