Room was not as described. Bright pink door, cigarette butt on floor. Toilet seat not stable, hand marks on shower screen. Light switches loose. A ceiling light that was red in colour. Bedding tatty. All in all felt like it was a room for ladies of the night. When we complained that it wasn't as described both ladies were extremely unhelpful. Would NEVER stay here again.AVOID at all Costs

Great location, nice people, lobby and staircases are nice but the room we had was a huge let down. Super small familly room where you cant move around when the sofa-bed is drawn, terrible smell when we came in, bathroom door not tight at all and closet door completely broken with an out order safe inside... will not go back

Very overpriced for what the hotel offers. Showers inside the rooms are visible through a plexiglass, so no intimacy. Concierge (in this case two ladies).. well... not unfriendly but not friendly, if you catch the meaning. Not recommendable.

A very well located average hotel This hotel has az amazing locatuon, right in the heart of the city with some local bars sorrounded and only t minutes walk from the shopping streets and the bank of river Saône. The room was clean and modern, however extremely small, no space even for opening my suitcase. Breakfast is very basic, offering some pastries, bread and fresh fruits alongside the canned fruit salad. As mentioned above, its an average hotel, nothing special, for a night's stay over, it does the job.

Cher Messieurs, We choose your hotel, because it is in the centre of Maçon and your rooms looiend very nice. We even tried to order a room directly, but this die not work. Your system let is down. So we ordered trough a brooker. In the end we pais nearly as much as your direct prices. And that is all right, since we were not looking for the best price, but for a nice stay. The room you have given us, was well equiped, clean and with the right bed. BUT, it had NO WINDOW. My wife has clausofobie, and need a possibility to look out to a street or place. Whatever. So had a sleeples night. We therefore will never choose your hotel again. Hopefully you treed coming guests better , bearing this in mind. Regards, Wim van Schijndel.

Good location and staff. Beds could be more comfortable. For the price, breakfast tables should be set. Thin summer quilts would also be nice!
