The room did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness. The room cleaning service neglected to clean the floors, focusing solely on changing the bed covers, which were also not very clean or refreshing. Zein, in fact, proved to be extremely supportive to all the staff members present at the site; his performance was truly exceptional. Overall, it is a budget-friendly place that offers a satisfactory experience. Zein, in particular, deserves the highest rating.

🏨 💰 I only liked this hotel for its location and prices, rooms are clean and tidy bathrooms are not bad but should get extra maintenance, there's no room service!! You have to ask for everything like tissues. 🧍🏾‍♂️The staff were nice. 🅿️ Parkin lot is small but fine.

This is literally the most perfect hotel I've been to (moderate budget). Beautifully furnished. Spectacularly interior designed. Very calm atmosphere. Friendly staff. Generous welcome coffee and snacks. Rooms are superb and most importantly clean. Thumbs up!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. I was planning to stay here for 3 days and ended up postponing it to a week. Everything here was Excellent. The location was safe and close to everything. As for the room, very comfortable and clean. The staff...Denise and Marinel... were VERY helpful and super friendly.

This hotel used to be one of my favorites in Jounieh, however unfortunately it has taken about 100 steps backwards with the quality of service and overall comfort of stay. My husband and I stayed there recently for 20 days and I couldn't wait to leave by the end of it. Below are some of the let downs of our stay: 1. Towels in the bathroom are worn out and have all kinds of stains on them. This was a major let down as fresh towels is the least thing to expect at a 4 star hotel. 2. House keeping would constantly forget to place fresh towels in the room. 3. I had to shower with cold water about 4 times during my stay because they forgot to turn the hot water on. 4. At the lobby, I was once greeted with one of the Male employees smoking a cigarette at the check in desk. 5. The lobby smelled like cigarettes many times. 6. House keeping did not do a good job cleaning the floors of the room. The list goes on and on, but we are definitely not coming back.

My second stay was also nice as i decided to stay in Superior Room which was big with nice view and the bathroom was also bigger. As usual all the team were helpful (Zein, Khaled and Hani) who was available to assist me with ny luggage, i highly recommended this hotel if you visiting the area.
