    I tried the Maastricht toffee flavor ice cream (if I am not wrong). It was good, but I heard from a friend that Pinky is famous for its waffles. I'll have to try those on my next visit.

    They have the most amazing waffles specially if you order them filled with chocolate. Their macaroons were not as good as we had hoped but the amazing waffles makeup for it! Love going here every time we visit Maastricht. The only thing you should note is that they do not accept visa or MasterCard only Maestro or cash.
