Good lunchmenu, lovely fresh foods, good decent housewine too. Culinary expectations were high & were delivered! :) Yes! A cool modern cosy interior! I went there with my mom & a friend. We took a glass of champagne, a 3 course lunchmenu & coffee afterwards. After the dessert, with the coffee, came 3 small desserts extra per person! Delightful! We each drank a glass of white wine & had a bottle of 750 ml bru. We each paid 60 Euro per person so 180 Euro in total! A fine dining experience & we will be back!

Visiting Maastricht we had on our bucket list a visit to Restaurant Rozemarijn. The experience surpassed our expectations from the moment we reached the door, located in a historical house in the design area of the old town of Maastricht we were received by the team from chef Jeroen Raes in a very friendly and professional manner in a cozy ambience. The Easter menu was, as you can expect from a chef at this level, full of culinary surprises and delicious flavors. The wine pairing they offered us with this five course menu was outstanding taking us on a tasting travel from German to South African White wines to an Argentine red wine for our main course (lamb) and finishing of with a Riesling dessert wine. The price of 85 euro for this five course menu with wine pairing was totally worth this outstanding experience and they deserve the reputation the have obtained over the years. Our appreciation to Chef Jeroen and his team. Highly recommended!!!

Food provided was very tasty, it was somewhat busy but I believe the service seemed rushed yet inattentive. With only three people on our tables it seemed like we were waiting for the entire restaurant to finish the course before they started preparing ours. Seems disorganised. Expectations not met

We left after 3 hours as our main course had not been served yet. No check-ups from the wait staff concerning any dishes. filling up our wine glass for the 3rd time before serving the dish that it is paired with did not seem a little odd to our waitress. Upon leaving the staff was surprised and clueless as to why we were dissapointed. There are many better ways to spend your money, avoid this place. I have had amazing dinners at multiple restaurants all with 500m of this excuse of a "fine dining" restaurant.

Had 2 starters, nice attempt to assemble spices, smoky aromas, seafood flavors and crisp to make a unique dish, but somehow it was going in all directions, lacked unity in the composition and came across quite unbalanced. After a long while, had to ask for wine list as if we would not drink wine. Quite pricy for what they deliver in the plate.

It is scandalous to wait for food 30 min when you went with the fixed menu. Food ok, small portions but to eat dished that do not weight more than 100 grams for 30 min each is not acceptable. Waike up guys and be faster in serving the food. When a client comes to a restaurant he wants to eat not waiting for the kitchen to calculate weights of a carrot or small slices of onion. Never again P.S. your hostess, the blond one was rude. In this business kindness and a smile for a client can solve many problems

What a culinary experience! Came here for lunch, great value for money and an incredible atmosphere. Very refreshing dishes with a beautiful sight of different colors

Very lovely food and atmosphere, it was somewhat let down by the portion size though. I was left hungry during the 5 course menu and found myself filling up on bread instead. This could be improved, otherwise would have been 5 stars. My wife was happy with portion size, but was really not sufficient for active men.

A nice place but overrated. Bottle of champagne was past its lifetime but the patron didn't think so while 4 people were in agreement. Some dishes were unbalanced and the chef cook was not receptable for cinstructive criticism.

This is a fine restaurant with good service, good food and nice wine pairing. Take your time and enjoy!

Best fine dining experience so far for us. The food was amazing to say the least. We had five course inspiration menu. Went in at 7 and left at 23.15. Took a bit longer than expected but all in all, a very good experience.

Had a lovely lunch with my partner. Staff is great and food was delicious. We took the 5-course lunch and the wine pairing.

It was ok/ish but not for the price. The first few dishes were overpowered by a citrus sauce and the meat had a strong salt sauce. The sea bass was the best but didn’t need the strong sauce. We had the wine pairing and 3 out of the 5 were ok while the other 2 were not great. One tasted moldy and the other (a red) was really sour. It’s not worth it for a fine dining experience. We were too worried about the dessert so went for the cheese platter and just paid extra but it came out with hazelnuts, which my friend had said she was really allergic to.

Excellent restaurant. Fix menu with a lot of seafood. Well executed dishes with attention to quality ingredients and seasonal offerings. Nice wine menu and good service.

Always very good a'd creative cooking. Wine are well selcted by very competant butler. In the recent years, on crowded time (friday or saterday evening) when restaurant if full, the long/full menu take far too long on multiple occasion. Gadtronomy is a round per 20min, there we are sometime at40min (4h in tot). 45min for a cheese is too long. You have not to be in a hurry or to fzbor lunch wheb it's alaways better.

One of the best culinary experiences we had during the holidays.The team work is remarkable , the wines variety and well chosen for every dish . Amazing creativity of the chef and combination of tastes , all together are giving the clients an awasome culinary experience . Very recommended !!!!
