Ordered take out. 1, Printer error, couldn't get my order# 2, Waiting time 15+ min. 3, Sundae melted when it was served. 4, Sundae quality was terrible. 5, Dipping sauce nuggets was forgotten 6, Salad dressing was forgotten 7, No fork for the salad ! Still one⭐ because the melted sundae got changed upon my request.

it's McDonalds but there's allways something cold, takes too long, order not complete

Extremely long wait times. I've been here both for picking up delivery orders and for dining in myself. Takes soooo long every time. Even the smallest orders for delivery take at least 30 minutes. Same inside. For take away or for drive through, takes very long.

Reasonably clean, tables were cleared out but staff was reluctant to give them a quick wipe after customers left. During our entire visit, I saw one table getting cleaned. Personnel was somewhat grumpy, and visibly annoyed when they couldn't find tables that matched the order they were carrying. Food was prepared somewhat sloppy and was a bit greasy (Double Big Tasty was actually dripping).

This McDonalds branch offered nothing odinary, which works for me, but maybe not for other customers. Would not hurt anybody if they cleaned the place a little bit better.

Overall, my experience at McDonald's was a positive one. While it may not be the healthiest fast food option out there, it certainly hits the spot when you're in the mood for some classic fast food fare. The convenience and affordability of McDonald's make it a go-to spot for many, and I can see why.

Chaos. Cretinously bad. 40 minutes for a big mac meal. The staff are all working hard and are friendly; I can't work out what is going so wrong.

Awfully slow service. Had to wait for 20 minutes for my order and it was even not crowdy. I can't imagine when it is crowdy. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Food was not served in time and fries were already cold. Kitchen staff could be more friendly, especially to the kids.

Has the new large touch screen for fast ordering. Helpful for foreign travelers. The bathrooms are clean. The food came out fast. Could have been hotter, but definitely tasted as expected in more European McDonald's. Disappointing to find the upper seating level closed, but we managed to find seating elsewhere. One of Their better locations.

This place quite often full, durty and noisy. I had to eat here again and it never changes. Before I could get a number and wait at my table, nowadays the system doesn't work. Last time I ordered at the machine, went to my table to leave the family and came back (it took me 1 minute to do it) and I missed when they called me. So after 15 minutes of waiting I asked someone of their staff and he told me they called me but I didn't react. So the French fries were cold. With the second order (only a mac flurry) I made at the machine happend exactly the same, waited for 10 and found out was long time ago done. I don't recommend this fast food restaurant.

Order was wrong, chicken nuggets were stale and service was slow.ice cream was smaller than is standard. Fairly bad but not the worst.

Good location. It will help you if you need a quick food when you are in that area. The bus number 6 pass just there.

Avoid! Not a good experience at all. Food seemed overpriced for what it was. Our chicken nuggets were completely dry so we had to change them. Then my partner’s chicken burger was such tough meat in the middle he couldn’t eat it - obviously hadn’t been cooked/prepared correctly so we had to take it back for a new one too. No apology on either occasion and the manager even questioned my partner and said are you sure it’s not ok and that chicken was a tough meat?! Lacking very basic customer service skills here - apologise and make it right, we are paying customers! Won’t be visiting this McDonald’s ever again and I recommend that you don’t either.

This Mcdonalds is rather large and the quality of the food and burgers seemed fresh. Even though it was crowded the staff still maintained it to be clean. If you're visiting a McDonalds in Maastricht this is a great place as parking is also free and close by.

My friend waited 20 minutes for her mcflurry. They forgot her mcflurry 🤷🏻‍♀️ Trashcan was really full, staff noticed it much later. Lastly children vaping indoors and staff didn't say anything to them.

Can be very busy and sometimes orders can be missing or mixed up with other customers. McDonald's is also known for their fries and it can help when they can be alittle more crisp.

Only customer at 9 am. After 20 minutes my two muffins were ready to serve. Another 10 minutes for the waiter to realize it( behind the wall unseen). 30 mins later they are already on the tray. Another 10 minutes for my coffee and tea. Muffins cold, asked for warm, been told they were warm( maybe be 30 degrees)…I had to get them warmed up. 5 people served me. Over 50 minutes, I’m late now. Enough said.

Sehr schöner McDonald's. Das Angebot, vor allem der Getränke, ist hier wesentlich größer als in Deutschland und glänzt mit so Dingen wie frischer Orangensaft oder dem Chicken Big Mac. Zudem kommt noch, dass es billiger ist als in Deutschland. Kann ich nur empfehlen, wenn man schnell etwas essen will.

So schlecht wie in dieser McDonalds Niederlassung habe ich noch nie gegessen. In der Qualität haben die Speisen über die vergangenen 40 Jahre stark nachgelassen, womit man sich abgefunden hat. Aber der McDonalds in Maastricht am Sportpark bietet mehr als minderwertige Produkte. In den Pommes schwarze Keimrückstände, die Burger überlagert, nicht richtig warm, trocken, keine Tomaten, Gurken und kaum Salat enthalten. Wir haben uns gewundert, dass trotzdem sehr viele Gäste diese Stätte aufgesucht haben.

Ebenerdiger Parkplatz und Eingang, großer Außenbereich. Drei Bestellportale sind mehr als genügend um zu bestellen. Die deutsche McDonald's App war leider nicht kompatibel oder ich habe es nur nicht hinbekommen. Der Laden war sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam. Lecker war es obendrein. Eine Empfehlung 😉👍
