First, no order acknowledgment. Second, the one who prepares the order is very unpleasant and pretends not to understand what I say. NO ONE speaks English!The guy didn't come back after asking his colleague and when my girlfriend was asked for the order, he did the same thing with my girlfriend, pretending not to understand.In addition, my girlfriend saw something SHOCKING: the guy who prepares the order licks with his fingers the sauce he puts and besides prepares everything without gloves. unskilled workers, disrespectful for AMAZING food that made you sick!

As of today, maybe the taste is the classical KFC, but the restaurant itself is a mess. The toilet was a mess. Overall, they need to spare someone for cleaning.

Vile, disgusting location. Dirty toilets, couch, chairs , floor and employee hygiene. One worker had visible dirt stuck under his finger nails, used his hands to handle the cash we payed for the food, and then used them to put raw salad on burger, without cleaning them. Only come if you are starving and have nowhere else to eat…

I don't give 0 starts because is not possible. Today (Thursday, 19/10/2023, 14:19 in Maastricht), they treat me very BAD, like he throw the food at my table and be rude and disrespect, I am definitely letting KFC Netherlands know about this situation and present a complain

UTTER TRASH waited for an hour and didn't get good results of the food. It was raw. The staff was rude and didn't listen much, I didn't even get my bill. I want a refund like rn. Worst restaurant I've ever been to. I recommend you to NOT go there. My respect for KFC dropped down hard.

The hot wings were hot, the fries were cold. I don't think I'll return here, maybe for takeaway or some milkshake but certainly not those watery, tasteless and cold fries.

So bad service. They are out of chicken most of the time. Everyone is lazy inside. They take forever to make a simple order. That is all due to bad management. All because of the bad manager there. I wish they change him soon; because I and all of my friends do not eat there anymore.

The employee's are extremely rude! I was simply asking for a table number board as they had ran out at the self service kiosk. I got shouted at, and told that I should just wait it out and see what I do. This is not the first time that the service is extremely rude. Last time I go here, it's there are friendlier places for a quick bite :).

Nice KFC. The workers there were so cool. It was like a movie. Nice music and nice ambiente. The hot wings were delicious as always. Only my deal in the toilet the next morning was like a kind of war, but I think that’s normal. Cheers guys

I would give 0 stars if I was able to! Chicken was raw inside as in picture and my drink was filled with ice to the top! Also it was a total of 11€ only for 6 small pieces of chicken nuggets and a small fries. Can not recommend.

Super slow service, unorganized, the restaurant is drity. I got a half size ice cream, they said it's the normal size... Before she gave me the ice cream they were laughing at "how small it is, she screwed up, haha" 1 week before it was twice bigger. So sad... They should hire better workers.

visited recently with my girlfriend for a late lunch. i was so pleased to see how many vegan options are included on the menu. they do vega burgers, wraps,chicken tenders as well as a salad. the salad is always unavailable when i come though which is a bit disappointing as i would really like to try it out some day. the waiting time can be a bit long and the workers don’t seem to be too rushed about getting your order ready. they are very however, the young lady working when i was eating there gave me extra ketchup for free! would really like to see some other unnamed fast food chains adapt more vegan options. KFC you are on the right path and found feat things!

Horrible service. It seems like only one person was actually working, the rest were playing around. When one of the girls finally decided to help out, she started handling food and drinks while constantly touching her face and her hair.

Certainly the coolest workforce you have ever seen. They can sing, they can dance, but even more important, you get your chicken with a smile <3

Food took more than 30 minutes, „fast food“. Stuff so rude when we asked how it will take. The stuff reacted rude and bored at the same time. Not coming again🔫

Don't feel they are using food safety 😕 no gloves at all. Playing with good 😔 ewwww smell is super bad inside the restaurant and not clean infront of the shop either.

They should all be replaced. Too busy sitting around talking. serving cold stale food . They'll make you wait 30 mins for a stale order. You would honestly catch a disease sitting in the restaurant long enough it's that dirty.

I came with family for dinner and we didn't get what we have ordered. The service was terrible because you don't throw the food at a guest that has allready paid for his dinner. This the secound time we gave had a bad experience at this restaurant. Our first time we were rushed to eat to leave the restaurant. I told my wife never more to ask me to eat there.

Quite decent. The chicken and the twister tasted pretty decent, although the sizes are very small and not that filling. Oh, and the fries are okay, not good, not terrible. If you are close, then it its okay. I wouldn’t recommend walking from afar.

Good food, great service. They have clean bathrooms and they are located in the very heart of Maastricht centrum.

Not enough staff to run the store effectively, cold chicken and chips after a long wait. Has sign saying that they are understaffed, you can fix understaffing by paying wages your employees can live from. Would like to see the franchise owner living on what he pays his employees. Love KFC but this was the worst KFC experience I have had.

I can't really see KFC while walking near the markt because it is small.... They had free toilet tho. So you can always go to KFC 😉

Worst KFC ever, nobody care about you, all the employees just aimlessly and in a daze, waited half hour( even it’s only that busy), and still missed some food after all. Please do not go there, Burger King and Mac would be a much better choice for you

Was a mix up with my order so had to wait a bit longer. But they added extra stuff. Food good as allways.

My husband ordered a crunchy chicken and chicken wings through the tablet board which was pretty easy and it was ready within 4 mins. They have outdoor seating with good enough space.
