A very nice green part of the City of Maastricht. Trees, plants, water an old beautiful buildings. Take your time and stay there for a moment

Stadspark in Maastricht is wonderful! The park is big and full of green trees and pretty flowers. We went for a walk, and it felt so peaceful. There's a nice pond with loads of ducks in it. We saw people having picnics and even some events. It's a great place to relax and enjoy nature. We loved it and will visit again.

Rel. teuer Parkplatz, liegt aber ca. 10 min vom der Stadtmitte verkehrstechnisch günstig. Achtung: Nur mit Kreditkarte / EC bezahlbar. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in der Nähe.

As the spring comes, Maastricht shows its pinky colours with its eye catching buildings! It was a great walk, I can't forget the smell of this park, you can feel the nature!

Good park to chill out

An einem Sonntag zB. kann man hier Shoppen von 12.00-18.00Uhr, zumindest war es im Juli 2023 so. Kleine Boutiquen, H&M, Bershka, C&A und viele Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch. Gemütliche Cafés an jeder Ecke. Shoppingguide im Touristencenter gibt es für ca. 1.80€. Holland ist bekannt für seine leckeren Spezialitäten von Vla über Stroopwaffels bis hin zu Käse.

The Stadspark ("City Park") in Maastricht is an absolutely delightful venue! Enjoy plenty of green space, playgrounds, nature, artworks, fountains, bridges and wildlife. Take a stroll along the footpaths or sit under a giant tree canopy. The best feature for history buffs is the fortress wall and the canons on site. Take a picnic, find a lovely place to sit and enjoy the serenity. There is a collection of beautiful birds to visit if this tickles your fancy. Nearby parking is offered at reasonable rates. There are a couple cafes for snacks and drinks if you wish to sit and soak in all the beauty this park offers.

Beautiful landscapes! We got here as part of a city tour route. The place is really beautiful, it's a nice option to go in summer, sit somewhere with a book and just relax or even to walk around anytime and enjoy the view.

Very nice area to chill with friends and family. There is a lot of grass where you can sit down. I recommend on a hot day, and beware of the ducks and goose that can show up.

I really liked this place, it has calming vibes, small stream and birds and greenery around will make your walk worth. I definitely go there again.

Unfortunately there's often large gatherings of people who like blasting music. Kind of ruins the whole atmosphere
