Very nice penthouse very clean, good bed and very freindly staff good wifi with 20mbs speed. Only things missing is maybe a breakfast package and a 4k/oled/smart tv (they plugged in a chromecast so you can still watch Netflix and YouTube). Excellent location. Had a great Christmas weekend away from home.

Central location and very comfortable. Appliances all Miele and super quality. Bed very comfortable and as we were in the maisonette a lower and upper toilet. We normally stay in the Crown Plaza but have already provisionally booked this apartment for next year. If I had any criticism it would be lack of contact. I emailed reception as a few of the glasses were chipped and the oven was dirty from the previous guest. The oven was cleaned but with no contact or reply from reception or an apology

We spent five nights at the Urban Residences in Maastricht. The location is in the city center but we never noticed any street noice when sleeping. The apartment is modern and was well equipped with a full kitchen. We normally eat out a lot when traveling. However, in this case the apartment was so comfortable that we ate a lot of our meals in. That was particularly easy to do because it is only about a 5 minute walk to a very nice Albert Heijn grocery store. The bed was comfortable and the shades allowed us to black out most of the daylight for sleeping in. The ability to park our tandem bike inside where it was secure was a plus. The young staff was friendly, helpful and fun.

I was here 3 nights with my kids in a maisonette deluxe. The overal impression is, clean, humble and all they say was there. The room was great, I ordered a extra bed for me so my kids could stay in the bedroom and have some privacy (teens). It was clean and all we needed was there from a Nespresso machine to WiFi for the teens. We could go outside with one stair, for me perfect as I smoke. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in the heart of Maastricht and enjoy all there is to get from this beautiful city. Not posting pictures as the rooms still look like the pictures on the Urban website.

Very modern apartment. Centrally located. Spacious. Super helpful and friendly staff. The only minus - no stairs and no toilet on the first floor. Only in the bathroom which is in the bedroom - which means every time someone goes to toilet, others wake up because the door is too noisy.

Great location and good rooms. Not exactly kid friendly since there is no stroller friendly entrance and you have to climb up the stairs. But they do welcome kids if we can manage. Otherwise I would definitely go back here.

Excellent hotel apartments in a prime location in Maastricht. The rooms are high spec and well furnished, with free and fast WiFi. Service is about on par for hotel apartments, which is to say rather low key. There's no parking offered, and the nearest pay parking is very expensive. Additionally, exterior noise can be an issue at times.

I had a wonderful stay at this superb location. Right in the center of Maastricht and a apartment with everything in it!

Amazing central location. Wifi is sometimes spotty, and the oven doesn't double as a microwave as you'd think. But otherwise amazing space. All the Alessi appliances and utensils are beautiful and functional. A very comfortable, luxurious space that is just the right size.

Very convenient, ideally situated and suitable for a family holiday. No frills but clean, comfortable with everything you could need.

The room was huge! And dog friendly. It is in the historic postal building right on the corner of the Vrijthof. The host was helpful and friendly and outside of the dish machine never working during our week long stay, ( never really missed it even though we cooked a lot with the spiffy appliances) even though we could we never used the bikes. Want to come back again!
