Very cold rooms, the heating was not working (April 2022). Staff was unprofessional, they did not provide a solution. The room was dirty and the breakfast was disappointing. Please don’t waste your money on this hotel.

Small rooms and bad reception staff on 24 July 2021. We complaint in the morning about the liquid stains on the bedroom wall (not from us) and the empty soap bottle in the shower. Staff didn't bother during our stay and next day we still had no soap and a stained wall.

The voucher states an extensive breakfast buffet and they were given a 'bag' downstairs with which they were sent back to their room. This while a different expectation was created by the voucher and the website. We gave them this gift for their 55th wedding anniversary and paid a lot of money for it and I was really shocked by the photo. This is definitely not what we expected. They also saw little of the concert because they sat on the low terrace and the terrace in front of it was raised and therefore had little view. They are a bit older and that has really not been taken into account at all, while I had indicated this months in advance. Dit terwijl er een andere verwachting was geschept door de voucher en de website. Wij hebben hen dit kado gegeven voor hun 55 jarig huwelijk en onwijs veel geld voor betaald en ik schrok echt van de foto. Dit is absoluut niet wat we verwacht hadden. Ook hebben ze weinig van het concert gezien omdat ze op t lage terras zaten en het terras ervoor verhoogd was en ze daardoor weinig zicht hadden. Ze zijn wat ouder en daar is echt totaal geen rekening mee gehouden, terwijl ik dit al maanden van tevoren had aangegeven. Wilde dit toch graag aangeven want voor bijna 600 euro hadden we echt veel meer verwacht. Geen Beleving helaas... maar een afknapper

The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. The bathrooms clean and modern. Located at a central spot. Friendly staff. The disadvantage at this hotel is the lack of a lift (lots of stairs to climb) and no restaurant (although there are many restaurants in the direct vicinity). If travelling by train it's a good 20 minute walk to the hotel but very central.

We had an amazing stay for a few days at our hotel in the middle of the city. Service was great. View was really beautyfull. I also lost my keys and they happilly send it back with a cute card.

Receptionist was very nice and helpful. You can have dinner in het restaurant (except tuesday). I'm allergic to porc and they were able to make sure that courses were porc-free. We had a quit room at the back, with beautiful restored bathroom. Breakfast consist of yogurt/ milk/ cereal/eggs/ cakes/croissants/breads/fruits in small buffet style.

We had a great 4 day in this hotel. Thank you so much! We really like it. Enjoyed a lot! The room was excellent, and very clean, the stuff is very friendly.

Was good hotel, bit noisy but what to expect in the centre of the city

Dit kleinschalige hotel moet het niet hebben van uitgestalde grandeur. Maar juist van die intimiteit van de kleinschaligheid. En het ligt tien stappen van het Vrijthof. Onze kamer was groot, schoon en met alle gemakken van deze tijd. De badkamer zag er gerenoveerd uit. Dubbelglas aanbrengen is wel aan te bevelen, maar dat drukte niet de pret. De overnachting was met ontbijt. Geen buffet maar voor elk tafeltje een goed gevulde etagere met beleg en yogurt, een mandje brood en een karaf jus d'orange en thee of koffie. De croissants en choco broodjes waren verder dan vers. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en voorkomend. Plek om te onthouden.

Definitely dont go to this place. Very unfriendly staff, old rooms and very bad breakfast.
